Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my new Keurig! I received my first Keurig as a gift almost 5 years ago and loved it! It was a pretty basic model but for someone like me who only has a cup or two of coffee a day, it worked perfectly. Fast forward to this year and my husband gifted me with the new Keurig 2.0 500 series! I loved it from the get-go. I especially loved the ability to brew a carafe full of coffee if we did have guests staying over rather then going through multiple single cups. Not even a month after I received my new Keurig, it started acting up. I would select a size and it would brew the amount but then it wouldn't stop brewing! The water just kept coming. I took it back to the store it was purchased from and they were very helpful in allowing me to return the defective machine. Here is my only complaint......unfortunately the model I was gifted with was no longer made so I had to upgrade to the 575. So now I had to pay more out of pocket for the upgrade, which I was fine with, but I was shocked to find that the newer Keurig machine no longer comes with the carafe. So now I was going to have to pay extra money out of pocket to buy one of those too! Luckily, the person behind the register was super nice and said that since it was a discontinued model, they would let me keep the carafe from the one I was returning. Not a big deal but I just think for as much money as people spend on the machine, it's a bummer that now Keurig has to sell the carafe separately to squeeze more money out of their consumers. Kind of a lame move. Other than that, I love my Keurig.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Customer Service I was so impressed with the service I received the other day when I called in about my Keurig not working. The woman helping me was so helpful and understanding of my situation. I never expected that they would replace my machine. After trying several trouble shooting tips she recommended they send me a new coffee maker! I was so excited when it arrived in the mail just a few days later! I was a fan of Keurig before but now I'm a fan for life!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The BEST Keurig! I have had this model for about a year and absolutely love it. Being able to brew all the different sizes and select the strength for each is fantastic. This model easily accommodates all K-Cup sizes. I also use the hot water dispenser almost daily for oatmeal, soups, etc. I definitely recommend this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Machine, just won't give hot coffee I love the new machine and all the bells and whistles, just better have a microwave next to it - to heat it up. From all the other brands of coffee makers I have had over the last 40 yrs , Keurig's is the least hot. They said it heats to 188 - but comes out at 170 - 180. My hot water heater is set on 140 and it comes a LONG way to the sink and comes out at exactly 140. Keurig only has a few inches to come, so not sure why it comes out 10 -15 cooler than the 188. It is ok if you want to drink it right then, but if you sit it down for a couple mins - it is to cool to drink.... So I have learned to just take the cup off of the Keurig - stick in microwave for about 30 seconds - then it is perfect for when I add my creamer. So I'm just very disappointed that there isn't a way a customer can specify the temp we want the water to come out. . Low, Med and high - doesn't get it for me. When I get coffee at fast food places - it it HOT! It is how we the customers like it. So that is my only complaint. I will recommend this product - if you like tepid coffee.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have been a fan of Keurig fan from the beginning but 2.0 is a disappointment. For all the fancy electronics, the coffee is no better and the brewer is less capable. There is no way to change the default 8oz setting so the operator has to reset the size ever time. There is only one setting for hot water (6oz or nothing) and the operator has to hold down the start button down the hole time or the water stops running. When I call Keurig about this I got three different answers; first, I had a faulty system and returned the brewer; second, the new (second brewer) was the same and I was told the I had and early production and later production would correct is; lastly I was told that there was nothing wrong with the brewer. Both my wife and I think the water is not has hot as our old system but this may just be our perception. However, the amount of water dispense when set on 10oz will very between 7oz to the proper 10oz. All-in-all I would recommend the old system but not the new 2.0

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate the 2.0 I have had my Platinum Brewer for about 4 years at the time I got this brewer it was top of the line, I received the 2.0 for a Christmas gift from a friend and I was VERY excited to try this one out, I gave away my other one not thinking I would regret this later. Well I DID!! This 2.0 short cupped me all the time, not to mention my cup size was already smaller than the Platinum one, also coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup every time I used it and I ALWAYS used the k cups never an off brand or filled my own grounds. Also the thing was always telling me I needed to clean it although I NEVER used anything but bottled water and every other day it said I needed to clean, and the needle was always getting clogged. I with I had never given my other one away as this one I literally threw in the trash and went back to a standard pot. I miss the Keurig I used to have but until some HUGE improvements are made I wont waste my money again.

It is so easy to set up and to make changes with the settings. The coffee is fantastic. Keurig Company staff were very professional and helpful with my order. I belong to the club and based on customer service, I will remain a member for years to come!!
