Rated 3 out of 5 by Works for a quick cup of coffee. However..... I bought the K575 in March 2016 after our other Keurig stopped working after 18 months. The K575 does the job of making a quick cup or carafe (sold separately) of coffee. However, I use it for hot water just as much and if I want hot water after brewing a K-cup, I get coffee grounds and brown water in my cup. So I have to do a "clean out" brew after every coffee brew. I ONLY use Keurig K-cups, so I am not sure why this is a problem. It did not happen with my old brewer. Also, none of my old Keurig K-cups would work in the "new 2.0" K575 if they didn't have a white rim around the K-cup. I had several K-cup teas left and this meant I had to open every K-cup and dump the contents into a 2.0 universal cup. I did contact customer service about it but that was just the way it was going to have to be because of the "improvements" to the new Keurig. Overall, it still makes a fast cup of coffee or hot water, however it is not as convenient as my old brewer was. September 5, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Machine, just won't give hot coffee I love the new machine and all the bells and whistles, just better have a microwave next to it - to heat it up. From all the other brands of coffee makers I have had over the last 40 yrs , Keurig's is the least hot. They said it heats to 188 - but comes out at 170 - 180. My hot water heater is set on 140 and it comes a LONG way to the sink and comes out at exactly 140. Keurig only has a few inches to come, so not sure why it comes out 10 -15 cooler than the 188. It is ok if you want to drink it right then, but if you sit it down for a couple mins - it is to cool to drink.... So I have learned to just take the cup off of the Keurig - stick in microwave for about 30 seconds - then it is perfect for when I add my creamer. So I'm just very disappointed that there isn't a way a customer can specify the temp we want the water to come out. . Low, Med and high - doesn't get it for me. When I get coffee at fast food places - it it HOT! It is how we the customers like it. So that is my only complaint. I will recommend this product - if you like tepid coffee. September 12, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this machine I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. I am not much of a coffee drinker. Sometimes, I just need the extra caffeine boost though. I love that this machine even does hot chocolate, which is what I've been using it for! It was super easy to set up the Keurig prior to the first use. All I had to do was select the hot chocolate option and then it asked me the size on the screen. Waited a few seconds and it was already pouring into my mug. The one thing I didn't like about the hot chocolate pods was that there seems to be a bunch of cocoa mixture left over in the k-cup. Also, I had to stir the liquid afterwards because it seemed like all the hot chocolate was at the bottom instead of neatly mixed together. Using the coffee cups was a different story. It brewed some really strong coffee! and I liked that I could use the K-carafe when I needed a whole pot of coffee. The k-carafe also kept the coffee nice and hot until I was ready for more. Rated 5 out of 5 by Love the new programming in the new version I had a 575, then bought a new one when I moved to a new apartment. The cup size setting, strength & temperature settings are great. Dispensing hot water by selecting the amount, instead of holding the button, and auto sensing the full water reservoir are outstanding compared to my original machine. However, I got a machine with a programming flaw, it went into standby when it felt like it. I called customer service and got wonderful assistance, and as soon as they were in stock (a month later) I got a new machine. Well... this machine turned off, and back on when it felt like it. I promptly called customer service, and the assistance started out great when I explained the new machine still turned itself off, but then the idiot customer service rep told me this is how they are supposed to work.He also said his supervisor confirmed this. I have had Keurig machines for many years, and never have they gone into standby because they were on too long. When I told him I had a new complaint that the machine turned itself on, too, he grudgingly agreed to send another machine. Fortunately, 3rd times a charm played out, and my new machine functions just the way it should, it's always on (so far) September 12, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by We Regret Buying This One We had the (now classic) older style and loved it, but alas after several years of service (with regular maintenance) it finally went to coffee brewer heaven. 18 months ago all you could find was the 2.0 version so we purchased this one. Had lots of clogs but the little cleaning thing always worked. Occasionally it had a mind of its own and under or over filled a cup. Well today it started leaking while warming up, and wont stop. We've rebooted and cleaned but it looks like we need to put it out of its misery, so will look at the now revamped and apparently available classic model. We paid a premium for this unit but never used the 2.0 version cups or the crafe, a waste of money. And I'm miffed that Keurig marketed this unit as the only option for such a long time...bad form Keurig -- but glad you found people wanted options and brought the other one back. July 30, 2016
