Rated 1 out of 5 by vmarquez It is not as good as I was expecting
The item looks like take enough pieces, but only take 24. and It is took big to fix in the kitchen. I do not think it will be a good thing to have, it will be better to storage the box that come with the coffee.

I like the fact that this storage is made out of metal and fits underneath the brewer, but this product is storing K-cups laying on it's side, not labels up - so you CANNOT SEE at glance what you have in your drawer! And if you don't have your drawer completely full, K-cups slide around making a mess.
I have a storage unit similar to this (Costco) that stores k-cups labels up, so you can see round labels at glance - very organized! Keurig should adapt this design.
Compare the two designs...

I like this product because you don't have to have boxes everywhere! You put your Keurig on top so it's a little awkward because you have to hit a bottom lever to open it and it tips the storage and Keurig up slightly, not enough to knock it over at all, but still it's just a little awkward. I do, however, like that it fits the cups nicely and it doesn't take up any additional space like it does without it in the boxes. You can see what you have in an instant and that's nice. I would recommend this, and if you have the space I'd add the upright one as well. I think it needs a slight redesign so that it just pulls out without the need to tilt it upwards, maybe just simply adding a half inch extra space on the bottom so that it's not laying flat and there wouldn't need to be a lever to lift it upward. Overall, I do like it though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Myid Nice product!
Looks great with my Keurig carafe brewer. Very convenient & easy to load K cup pods . Downside is price & fact that pods face forward so it's harder to see flavor of each pod. Otherwise well built & sleek looking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Verified Reviewer THANKS KEURIG!!!
i just want to give a thumbs up to keurig. I purchased this unit about a week ago. I took it out from box and noticed on the handle that the silver coating was completely bubbled. It doesnt change how the drawer it used or even really the look. I hated to even send them an email about the handle issue but thought it was the right thing to do. I wasnt gonna return it for that simple thing messed up. I just gave them heads up that they may get more complaints on that issue. Keurig immediately sent me a reply, stating they would replace it for free. I didnt want them to do that. Just knowing they were and ARE ALWAYS WILLING to go above and beyond to please and take care of their loyal customers as i am one of those and even if they didnt replace it I WOULD STILL BE A LOYAL WEEKLY /BY WEEKLY PURCHASER OF COFFEE AND PRODUCTS. Thanks again!!!!

You can get 32 vs 28 K-Cups to fit perfectly with no drag. At first I did not like that you could not read the labels when placing them as described in the instructions. However, I have found that if you place the cups in each row facing label up and outwards at a 45 degree angle alternating left to right you can get an extra 4 cups to fit with room to spare and you will also be able to read all of the labels with ease. I am very happy with this product. If placing your machine on top, it is best not to have cabinets above as the extra height (typical cabinet height) makes it necessary to pull the machine out from under the cabinet to both fill the reservoir and open the face to put in a new K-Cup for brewing. Hope this is helpful info.

Rated 4 out of 5 by KapnKrunch Attractive, smart functional design
I am using the brewer at home in a modern kitchen. The drawer obviously raises the brewer, but there's enough clearance for esthetic purposes. To use the brewer and load the K-Cup, it's necessary to press the bottom lever, and pull out the entire assembly to obtain clearance from under my cabinet. The design is ingenious and works well. I don't understand why others are having problems pulling out the entire unit. There's a pictorial instruction sheet included, and there's nothing complicated about it. My only criticism is that the drawer provides a platform for the brewer that's not "rock solid" - i.e., the drawer assembly does flex a little bit permitting perhaps 5mm of lateral "bounce" movement. It's certainly adequate, however, and it is a very nice looking unit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Verified Reviewer Much better than plastic
After reviewing many storage products (many plastic) I opted to go with this drawer. I am very happy. It's not "perfect", however, it works great with my K45 Elite Brewer. The drawer doesn't bind, the cups are easily accessible, and it's made by Keurig so it matches the brewer set-up on my counter. I don't have cupboards immediately above the brewer, so the added height is not an issue. It's metal, with a nice painted finish and should last a lifetime. K-cups are installed on their sides, so viewing the tops is a bit more difficult (but, they are very easy to remove). A complete enclosure (minus the mesh and open back) would have made for a more finished product, but, the unit would have probably cost more. All in all, well done Keurig!!
