Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable with many options My washing needs are high volume (at least 3 loads per day), and I have a history of going through many washing machines due to heavy, bulky usage. So far this washer has showed no signs of failure, handles off balance situations well, and it has the ability to handle and clean the heavy loads. The control panel offers many options (soil level, temperature, several load characteristics such as "normal," "bulky," etc.), and the window on the lid is a nice touch. In addition, I need a washer that can fit through narrow doors, which always drastically limits my options. This one is narrow enough to squeeze through, and still has enough capacity for my larger loads. I will admit that the high efficiency washers are not my favorite in terms of performance. More water always cleans better. But there is little choice in the matter these days. I do like the impeller vs. agitator. (The agitator really does not allow my bulky loads.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Washer! Bought this washer about 9 months ago. It is absolutely the best washer I have ever owned. It conserves water but you can add water if you so desire. It is quiet and cleans the clothes thoroughly. My clothes have never been cleaner. In nine months it has only been off balance once. Read the manual and get to know it and you will find it amazing. Especially good for small condo or apartment and fits in small laundry closet. Cannot recommend it enough. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Water Waster Worst washing machine I have ever used. Constantly unbalanced load, it then refills with water to unbalance, usually same effect. you have to head down when you think it is on rinse cycle to avert the massive water waste. HUGE Water bill increase. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love all the choices of a load and quietness I have had my washer for a couple of months. It is so quiet I hardly know it is on. So easy and efficent. We do a lot of laundry in this house at least seven loads a week or more. Love the little tune it plays to let me know it is done. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Has great features This type of washer is very different from my previous agitator washer. It's difficult to get used to. Not sure I like the new fangled type of washer. I like the simple manual buttons to turn instead of the computer style buttons.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Its new technology I like my new washer. It works for me and the new technology is awesome. It determines my load and everything.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this washing machine to replace a front load LG washer I had for 14 years. I loved my old washing machine, but this one does not wash well. It boasts that it has a large capacity, but you can't put even a twin comforter in and expect it to wash in one cycle. I find it in a ball with dry parts, even when I choose "bulky" as the cycle. If all you have to wash are medium to small loads that are not very dirty, the rest of the features are nice. Very disappointed and want my old LG front load washer back. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst washer I have ever owned I purchased this about 3 months ago and wish I would have gone with anything but this. It is always off balanced no matter what size load I wash. Cant wash large loads at all have to stand and manually adjust so it will spin without refilling with water multiple times. My water bill is higher than it has ever been because it just keeps refilling trying to balance the load. Would not recommend. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
