Rated 5 out of 5 by from great product I just purchased these sheets the other day. Washed them and they were sooo soft. One of the nicest sets of sheets I have ever bought. The quality is outstanding so I know they will last for years to come. Also, the gal's at Penny's were great. They helped me figure out how to use my coupon's so I would get the best value. Way to go gal's!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Product is what I expected. Nice quality material that washed beautifully; solid construction that will hold up after many washings and use. Lovely soft color.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bought two, they are different! I initially bought the light purple for my daughters bed. They were so soft, so luxurious feeling, that I decided I would like some for my own bed. I went back and got the bright white for myself. She and I have the same size bed, they are the exact shame sheets, only different colors. The white ones are so scratchy and rough it's almost laughable, except I'm actually pretty annoyed. The white sheets are very thin compared to the purple, and there is exactly no sateen feeling to be had. I would compare sleeping in them to having sand rubbed on a sunburn. I knew the kind of sheets I wanted in terms of quality and texture, so to have two of the "same" sheets with such a difference is not acceptable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All cotton sheets Love these sheets. 100% cotton is always my preference over a blend. Fabric softener and quick removal from the dryer means little wrinkling and lots of comfort. Light green is very pretty. Both bottom and top sheets are cut very generous.
Date published: 2016-11-01
Rated 5 out of 5 by from These Sheets are so comfortable! Theese Liz Clairborne wash without any pilling. They come out of the dryer ready to put on the bed--without wrinkles in the top border so it folds down nicely. The 100% cotton Sateen feels almost like silk. The deep pockets fit the modern mattresses and make it so easy to make the bed--no pulling to get each corner? To find 400 Thread 100%cotton sheets like this is a joy. They had the pastel colors that match my new comforter, too. Best of all, the rewards from JCPenney make it very affordable. I purchased two sets.
Date published: 2016-11-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hard to find 100% cotton sheet sets these days....this one is. Generous size/depth of sheets and pillow cases.....no need for a sumo wrestler to get the pillows into skimpy cases. Very surprised that the sheets didn't have more wrinkles even being 100% cotton. (Of course we used the right dryer setting and took them out immediately and hand smoothed them on the bed.) Nice and smooth. Washes well. Very pleased after one washing. 400 thread count is very good. Have tried sheets up to 1200-1500 thread count, but don't like them as well. Living in Arizona, I prefer cool 100% cotton in a light weight but durable weave.
Date published: 2016-11-06
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous quality, worth the money These sheets were more money than I wanted to spend, but they are 100% cotton and I needed them right away. Well, they are worth every penny. The fabric is gorgeous and luxurious. You can't tell this just by unzipping the package and running your finger along it. It's when you remove the sheets from the package that you really understand how good the fabric is. They feel SO nice to sleep in. And the top sheet is a little longer than most Kings so it stays tucked in--compare dimensions with other sheets and you will see.
Date published: 2017-01-06
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Coming back for more??????? As I said, coming back for another set. Have loved the three sets I have but it's time to revive. They are as smooth as silk to the touch, have great colors and have held up extremely well. I shall always purchase these above others as they have proven their worth to me. If you are looking for a revival of your sheet collection, look no further these will hold up for you in the long haul and you will be so happy with them. Hope they never discontinue them.

Hello, I haven't had any trouble with piling. I wash on warm and dry on normal with a gentle detergent. I have enough sets that I don't have to wash them constantly which may help. The have been sturdy sheets.

No. They do have a tendency to wrinkle if left in the dryer too long, but once you put them on the bed, and smooth them out, they are fine.

They are not wrinkle resistant but are smooth , soft and luxurious. They wrinkle much less than other higher end sheets I have purchased. I try to fluff them in the dryer by themselves after a load is dry.

Answer:
They are wrinkle RESISTANT, not wrinkleproof. I bought 2 sets for my guest bed and get compliments on how soft they are. Take them out of the dryer when you hear the reminder and you will have nice wrinkle RESISTANT sheets. Mine are just fine after being folded for weeks at a time. They fit nicely and are a soft color. They have a very nice hand feel to them. I would recommend them.

Answer:
Yes. The elastic goes all the way around the fitted sheet, keeping it nicely tucked between the mattress and the box spring. The elastic is about one inch wide. It stretches nicely when I make the bed. Also, I believe the pockets are deeper than other sheets, which would also help keep that fitted sheet in place. Highly recommend.
