Rated 5 out of 5 by from My 4th Pair!!! I love these jeans and the way they fit!! I have 2 different sizes and 3 different colors. For reference, I am 5'4" tall, weigh approx. 158 lbs,, and have very narrow hips (or NO waist) at 39". These fit so well. I ordered the size 10-Short and 8-Short and the waist in these jeans is still a little too large, but, of course, I use a belt when I need to, they hit right at the ankle and, when rolled, are very trendy. They taper really nicely and go with everything!!! These wash well, too! I rate these as a 5-Star item and a Must-Have!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfy and cute I love these jeans! I usually shop at Old Navy for jeans and decided to try these on and fell in love. They are a softer jean which just makes them feel cozy, and they look super cute.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from poor fabric and cosntruction while these jeans are styled great - one of my belt hooks ripped almost immediately and the fabric ripped within the first week. I'v had the belt hook prob with another of my liz claiborne city fit skinny jeans, but this jean made it a deal breaker. Would NOT recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Fit At A Great Price I love the Liz Clairborne brand. I can always find the styles that fit. These jeans were very comfortable and the perfect length. I got them on sale which was an added plus. You won't be disappointed with these jeans.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5th Pair I Own I love this jeans. I have purchased five pairs of them over the last year or so. The only downside is that I wish they came up a little higher in the waist. Also more colors would be nice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The denim is soft so the jeans are comfortable. Like other reviews, the waist runs big and you need to wear a belt. I bought these jeans on sale so I am happy with the price I paid. The denim is soft so the pants are comfortable. The waist runs big so you will need to wear a belt. The length was good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from These are not the quality I usually get from Liz Claiborne Jeans I finally found black skinny fit jeans by Liz Claiborne.I wore the black pair to a party, and by the time I got home, they were covered with fuzz, hair, pills everywhere. So I decided to put it through a cold delicate wash, and when I took them out of the washer they were still bad. So I put them in the dryer all by themselves thinking this would remove all of the fuzz and stuff. Came out just as bad!! I will be sending them back right away. I have never been so shocked out of all of the pairs of jeans I ordered from L.C.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Runs big Material and color is great. I ordered a misses size 4 regular, I am 5'5" 130lbs and usually wear a size 4 in Liz Claiborne pants but these jeans seem to fit differently, not sure if its the "city fit" style. They were big from the waist down... did not fit as they do on the model pictured "skinny/slim looking". Almost fit like a boyfriend cut jean. I returned them because I knew they would not shrink enough to fit properly and to big to think that a size 2 would fit any better.

I know petite is 29 inch length and a petite short is 27 inch length but I'm not sure of the length of misses short.

Answer:
Misses short gives you more room in the abdomen, butt, thighs I believe and is short. The petite gives you a smaller all over fit, but has short legs.

Answer:
I'm 5'2" and rather buy misses than petites. In the past, I'd buy petites but found them a bit too short. Petites look like "high-waters". But for some, they look cute as "ankle" pants. They also can be rolled up like capris. Manufacturers claim that petites are for those 5'4" and shorter; but I don't agree. I feel the usual misses 32" inseam can look good for flats or heels. Hope that helps.

Answer:
Petite usually indicates a shorter waist - i.e. the distance from waist to inseam is less than Regular fit. Short simply means shorter in length.

Answer:
The misses are just a smidgen larger in hips waist. I bought both. The petite hits at my shoe. I wear them rolled like a Capri. They are almost too short. I can wear them unrolled with flats or they look ok with a boot. The misses are longer and mine measure at 29". I have to roll these as well as they are much too long. No happy medium, but I like them both. Very comfortable jeans. For reference I am 4'11. Hope that helps.
