Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Skirt ... I purchased this skirt in the long length since I am 5'8" and it goes just past my knees. I also purchased it in the average and it sits just above my knees. Perfect skirt all around. I like the fact that it has double slits in the back vs. the slit in the center. this way you are not showing too much leg and are professional. Most pencil skirts are either too tight or do not smooth out my curves. I purchased the black, navy, and gray skirt. The quality of Liz's skirt is good material, does not show panty lines and looks fabulous! Thank you Liz, keep more skirts like this coming and in other colors (i.e. Red, Deep Purple, Brown, Dark Tan, Light Khaki, White with non-see through liner [use a nude shade vs. white]). I would buy all the colors. Also, please create a goring pleated skirt A-line with a flair / swing sitting just past the knee (all colors purchased & listed above). Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My go-to pencil skirt This is my go-to pencil skirt. I am 5'10 and have a hard time finding skirts and dresses that hit just right. These skirts (in Tall) hit at my knee making them appropriate for work and church. The fit is also very flattering especially with a nice pair of pumps. I hope in the future more colors in Tall are made, especially patterns like polka dot, or geometric patterns that are still professional. Thank you for continuing to make these!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Skirts for work If it's a workday, I'm probably happily wearing one of these. (I get teased about this, so I do change it up a few days a week.) They're the ideal length for me (5'11" with long legs for my height). They look fine, work with and wear well. The pair of kick pleats makes it easy to walk with a comfortable stride, and they've always been true to size and fit comfortably. Oh, and, to echo another review, no VPLs...lol Finding out that JCP carries really nice skirts for talls was a great day for me...wish I'd known years sooner. I do wish there were more colors available...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice skirt A classic looking skirt that was available in talls so it hit at the knees. Great price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice, professional look I am very pleased with this skirt. Looks nice and professional. I am able to wear it to work, and out and about. I ordered a size 6, and it is a little large in the waist for me, but a size 4 was too small. I just wear a long blouse with the size 6, and that works perfectly. I am 5'3'' and weigh 125 lb. This skirt was not too short-comes to my knees and is comfortable to wear. I ordered this in the silver/gray and it is a super nice color.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too large Waist is not adjustable and this skirt in 18T was too small and fell down to my hips making the skirt too long. I will try and exchange for a 16T.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for petites I got the smallest size, 2P, and it was still too loose and big around my hips. I'm thin, but I'm no skin and bones and 2P usually fits me just fine. I was also unhappy with the style- in the photo it looks like the waist is higher and has a thicker band, but it's actually low slung on the hips, with a thin band and gives you no waist whatsoever. Very disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. It's going straight back to the store.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great skirt. Great value. I am six feet tall and have a 31-inch waist and 37-inch hips. I ordered an 8 tall and it fit great. It's a little loose in the waste, but I want it that way so I can tuck in my blouse. The skirt hits me mid-knee. The navy is a nice shade - not too dark or greyish. For the price of the skirt you get decent construction and fabric. Considering what non-knit pencil skirts cost these days, this skirt is a steal! I've recommended it to my sister and will recommend it to anyone else looking for an affordable, quality pencil skirt.
