Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT Machine Washable as Advertised My daughter was excited to get this valance for her bedroom. It looked nice and before I set it up, I put it in the washing machine with some other delicates to clean it first. When I pulled it from the washer, there were short threads from the tassels and beads everywhere. Half of the tassels were ruined. Suffice to say, I want my money back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Arrived on time, easy to hang and well made. Pleasantly surprised fabric wasn't too shiny for a small simple apartment. Instead, they added a little elegance above the sliding glass window which faces a busy street and also provided privacy from neighboring apartments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful I bought 7 of these in 2 colors and I love them. Material is perfect to make these hang properly. I also purchased two of the room darkening panels, and 4 sheers to complete the look. Loved it all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely I love these valances. The little beads at the end of the tassels really make these pop. I spent relatively little money to make my living area look pretty and elegant. The color is also really lovely as well. My window is about 115 inches across, so I purchased 4 valances and they work perfectly across my window. I'm glad I didn't purchase 6 as recommended, because I like the shape my valances have right now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Durability Washed these to remove wrinkles, exactly as directed on the tag, and lost 6 tassels, 3 beads and the wrinkles did not come out. I bought 9 of these and was really disappointed. Going to hang them anyway because of the cost but don't really think I would buy them again. I'll see how I feel after I iron them.

single valance question

What do you mean single valance. It does not look like in this picture? Please send me picture. Also, will a single rod work for a panel and valance together
Asked by: kristine
Single rod will work. Pull up the picture and use it to hang them.

I have 33" windows. Would these valances look good with just 2 of them instead of 3? has anyone else done only 2?

Asked by: GrueneQueen
For Liz Claiborne® Gallery Taffeta Rod-Pocket Waterfall Valance, Based upon my experience, whether 2 or 3 would look better depends on how you are measuring. Best way to assess what you will need, is not to measure the window, but instead, measure the length of the pocket rod upon which the valances are placed. If that rod length is 33-Inches, then 2 would be plenty. But once rod length reaches 37 to 40-Inches, a third would also fit. For rod lengths from 42 to to 50-Inches, three would be required.
