Liz Claiborne pants have a singularly great cut - I have worn her styles throughout many years. These "Kylie" no waist slacks are fabulous! Quality fabric, a great cut through hips & legs, and a slimming flat front due to side zipper (which I now find very superior to front zip pants for a smooth line). I can wear both a size 8 and a size 10 in this line, so have bought both for the flexibility of fit.
May the Liz Claiborne Co & JC Penney's always carry these side-zip Pants, as a classic!

I like the style and fit, but I wear a size 4 and these were a bit tight. Because I like that they fit my curvy figure with a skinny waist, I will order a size 6 and hope they fit nicely. One thing I noticed is the fabric feels thin, so if you have a problem area, it may show more.

Rated 2 out of 5 by LovesWildcats These run about a size too small !
These are apparently what JC Penney replaced their bestselling "Hollywood Waist" pants with. They sold the original version of these under the East 5th brand. I bought those pants for many years -- they fit me better than any pants I ever found. I'm tall with a large frame and hourglass shape -- and it's difficult for me to find pants. These were perfect. I wore an 18 originally. Then they changed the sizing on them and I had to go up to a 20, even though all my others pants and jeans are size 18s. Then they completely discontinued them. I complained a number of times, as did many others. So they came back under the Liz Claiborne brand. BUT they stopped selling size 20 !! So now I can't buy them since they run a size too small. I'm SO totally disappointed. These were my go-to pants -- the only ones that ever fit me perfectly. I tried the 18 in case the size was different under the Liz Claiborne name -- but alas they didn't fit and I had to return them all. Also they hardly have any color choices. Under the East 5th brand there were a lot of different colors. Penney's *please* bring back size 20 and more colors!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by njjwil east 5th hollywood waist sold well, so why stop?
jcp now selling liz claiborne kylie, closest facsimile I've found to the discontinued "east 5th hollywood waist" pant. Sad facsimile. Not exactly same cut. Regular sizes TOO short. Tall size selection is minimal, mostly out of stock. Color selection is minimal. C'mon JCP, I know I'm not the only one who loved the east 5th hollywood waist pant in tall sizes. I know I personally bought enough of them that your company should never have experienced the financial woes of recent years. Find a manufacturer who will make them again. You know you will sell the heck out of them. What's the deal?

I wanted these to work for me but unfortunately they did not. First off, I read the reviews saying that they run small so I ordered one size up. Found out they do not run small and had to exchange them for my usual size. The only problem I had with these pants is that they did not lay right on the bottom where they hit the shoes. I believe they are too straight legged for me and I will opt for the trouser style from now on.

These pants fit great. They're comfortable and dressy enough for work in an office.

I am SO GLAD I found this by doing a Google Search for no-waist pants! They fit me as if they are made for me. I am a size 10, and they fit true to size. They fit snug (not too tight) through the waist and hips and then have a loose, flowing drape to the legs which is so comfortable. I gave them a fair value rating because if you do not have a coupon (as I did), these are rather pricey. But I do love them! Please offer them in more colors, JC Penney:)
