If the item is in-store, it's a good idea to visit JCP. The salesperson can help, but you get to personally look and feel the item yourself. If that's not possible, call your local JCP, and ask for a clerk in the Home textiles, or "curtains" department. Have the item number and a description available. They are usually able to give you information if the item is in stock, in the store. If it's not available at your local JCP, ask if they can give you JCPenney's numbers' that have the item in stock. Or, look on-line for local numbers yourself. I hope this helps.
