Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful, doesn't work on frozen anything I bought this last year for college since I had to start "The Virgin Diet." I was really excited not to have to lug around a huge blender and the package clearly stated it could make smoothies. So I finally got to using it this month and the first day it took me over an hour (this is giving the bullet a break after 40 seconds of on usage because it cannot run for longer than a minute at a time) after this time, my fruit was still not chopped up. I had to eat my acai bowl with hard frozen fruit in it. I tried to make a smoothie next with only 1/4 a cup of frozen fruit...still frozen fruit does not chop up. I left my frozen fruit out for 2 hours while I ran hoping that may be the problem, still, my fruit does not chop up. I had the NINJA at home and truly wish I had spent the extra money on that then this awful thing. I can't do anything with it, it's just as loud as a blender, and the results are just basically what you started with with a little mush here and there. Extremely upset over this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! Just recieved my NutriBullet a week ago. I've only had the chance to use it a couple times. Does everything I need it to do, makes great yogurt/fruit smoothies, blends everything nicely, chops up small ice cubes and frozen fruit to a good consistency. If I ever wear it out, I will definetly buy another one. Also, doesn't take up much counter space and I like the different sized cups with the lids.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible product, does not last! This is one of the worst products I have ever bought. I purchased the first one on Black Friday of 2016 and within 2 days, the black rubber seal that is attached to the piece with the blades came off. This was after one use and being hand washed. That should have told me right there to stay away from this product. I took it back to the store and exchanged it. Well here it is about 4 months later and it happened again. The rubber seal came off and now it will not work properly. Save your money and buy a better product!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not good I bought this about two months ago and basically wasted my money. The blender does NOT make smoothies well at all. First I tried crushed ice and the blade couldn't handle that then I just went to frozen fruit I let the fruit set out for a little bit to thaw and the blade still had a lot of trouble trying to blend the fruit. Needless to say the blade is not sharp or tough enough. Do not waste your money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My go-to small blender This purchase replaced my original that was many years old. I waited too long to replace the old cross-blade with a new one, and the leaks compromised the base. Since using this mostly for smoothies, I find it convenient making it right in the cup I drink from. No complaints. It's a machine that eventually will wear out, but with appropriate care lasts a long time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from lots of cups Plastic parts inside engine always got lost and the engine blew, got the newer version that only had to cups and one tall mixer, engine very iffy, half the time it wouldn't work and now not at all waste of my money. As a sports nutritionist and health instructor I will never recommend this, quite a shame

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for what I use it for I purchased this about 4 years ago to make protein shakes which use ice cubes, water and the protein powder. It has worked perfectly until about a week ago when one of the tabs broke on one of the glasses and the rubber seal broke, but I would think that is expected after that much use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product Love this. Not too big, perfect for my needs. Chops like a big model. Great for when making something for just me .....one meal type things.....or for crushing crackers, oatmeal, etc. for meatballs
