These are long
I am 5'8 and these are dragging on the ground for me, so they are definitely long. They fit fine in the belly area, and are comfortable to wear. This material seems like it will pill easily.

Love these pants!
These were my go to pants throughout my pregnancy, and even now that I am 8 weeks postpartum I still wear them all the time but with the waistband folded down. I purchased my regular size, then also ordered the next size up worrying that the smaller size may not fit my belly as it grew. However both fit well the whole time, and really didn't seem to differ that much in size. The fabric isn't overly thin and held up well -- no snagging, washes well, if a little faded from so many washes. I would not all these true "overbelly" pants as the band really doesn't go that high. I find these to be very comfortable and flattering. I'm actually considering ordering more pairs even though I'm no longer pregnant!

Does not fit right
Definitely NOT a comfortable maternity pant, very uncomfortable and doesn't sit right

Super comfy, but very long
These pants were just what I was looking for to wear under dresses and long sweaters in the last trimester of my pregnancy. Maternity jeans just don't work when the baby starts moving down! And I prefer the flare of a natural pant or yoga pant rather than wearing tights (more movement and room, able to match with more variety of shoes).
These fit great everywhere but the length. I ordered a medium - I'm 5'6", at 38 weeks right now, around 152lbs. I could honestly cut off about 1.5 inches and hem possibly another inch before it would really fall around my ankles where it is supposed to be, and I've got long legs! I've tried folding them or rolling them up a bit, but that just doesn't work well and becomes a fall hazard for us pregnant ladies. I will be modifying with my own machine because I've tried two other types of tights/pants and these are the most comfortable.
Soft material, stretches nicely without showing skin through the material, and doesn't build up static against other clothing. The washing care is a bit picky (wash cold, line dry) but the material does feel loose a bit after wearing a few days so maybe it wouldn't hurt to dry it? =)
