Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's great if you don't sit in the chair often This slipcover had easy installation instructions, looks great on the chair when you are done, but as far as STAYING looking good, it's a failure. If you have a chair that is not used much, this cover would work great. I sit in my chair briefly in the morning and again in the evening, and I cannot get the seat portion to stay put. I am constantly re-positioning it after it works it's way out of place. But, in reality, it's pretty much what I figured a slip cover would do, so my expectations were admittedly not high in the first place. Can't say I'd recommend it, except with the proviso that this situation occurs. Because it really does look nice, when it's in place!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks great! I got this in red, online, on sale, and really like it. The chair had become quite an eyesore. We're trying to sell our place and don't want to buy new furniture until we know what we need for our new place. But this chair just looked awful. However, my husband needs to sit somewhere, so we thought we'd give this a try. What a difference! Having four pieces is nice. I can really tighten it up where I need to without pulling it off from somewhere else. The back piece has loops to put under the chair feet - but our chair doesn't have feet, so I had to find a bolt inside the chair to get the loops around. Worked! The piece on the seat comes un-tucked sometimes - there's not really a way to completely tuck it under on our chair's seat cushion. If it gets annoying, I'll probably use pins to hold it in place, but for now it's fine. Fabric VERY stretchy, but nice and soft. My husband likes it (and so does the cat).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Definitely NOT a one-piece recliner cover! Received this today and put it on my recliner. Fabric seems durable, color is right on but it was NOT a one-piece product as stated in main advertisement on-line. It is actually a 4 piece cover which I do not like but do not want to deal with the hassle of returns, so will most likely tolerate it,i.e. keep it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Product NOT as pictured or described The fabric is fine, pretty much as expected. However, the color shown as "mocha" is of a TAN hue, what we received is a dark brown! Further it is pictured as having a separate footrest piece. However, what we received is a seat/footrest SINGLE piece. Not at all what we wanted nor anticipated. Our recliner has a separate footrest that is not part of the seat area. This will result in a large loose area of fabric between the seat & footrest when opened and a big section of floppy, loose fabric when the footrest is retracted. Well, we got it on sale, with free shipping, now the price is over twenty bucks more & I would have to pay shipping BOTH ways. So, we'll either try it out or toss it I guess. Just "buyer beware", it is NOT what is pictured!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great chair cover I purchased this cover to protect our recliner from my doggies and my husband when he eats snacks in front of the TV. It works great! I take it off, wash and dry and put it back on. Works like a charm. Would recommend it to everyone that might need to protect their furniture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very surprising and pleasant result from this cover. I doubted that the Maytex Collin Recliner Slipcover would look like the picture, but ordered it anyway, as my chair needed some kind of quick fix. What a wonderful surprise it was to find that my chair, though not that exact shape in the picture, looks great! The four pieces working independently probably lessens wrinkling when sitting in it and with a bit of tucking and smoothing and a few upholstery pins, the results are just so nice. Also, the color and ribbed- textured fabric add an expensive touch. I would be happy to recommend it to others. Sorry, but I don't know how to put on a photo, otherwise I would love to show the results.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overall I was satisfied with the product. The cover stays on most of the chair very well except for the seat cover where it comes untucked. There just doesn't seem to be any good way to keep it on there. It has made a vast diffenence in the appearance of the chair however. The directions were great for installing it to the chair.
