Excellant choiceI love this slip cover. Very soft to touch and comfy. Fit my sofa wonderfully. I had been looking all over for a good, economical sofa cover. I was worried what it would be like since I couldn't see it in person. I am very very pleased with this purchase. The cover has a little extra material than I needed, but I tucked it in like I used to do with the old ones. I purchased this to extend the time I can keep the hand me down sofa, loveseat, and chair from family members. These covers make me feel like I have purchased brand new furniture. I bought the red for my sofa, and the flax for my loveseat. Nice contrast in my room. I am so happy with this purchase I am planning on purchasing the chair slipcover this weekend. Someone posted about the slip cover needing adjustment, I find these to need less adjusting than my previous one, and for the price I can surely spend a couple seconds readjusting if needed. Buy these and I feel you will not be sorry.

Gets the job doneThis is the third slip cover I have purchased to put on my overstuffed couch with wide, round arm rests and this one fits the best by far. My couch is several inches smaller than the stated length but it was still a very tight stretch over the arms and the sides don't quite reach the ground. My seat cushions were also several inches smaller than the size listed but still had a very hard time getting them to fit (I think my cushions are thicker than most). My dog likes to lie on the couch and it causes the cover over the cushions to wrinkle and bunch up in the middle but it is easily fixed by tucking. Although I wish this fit just a tad bit better, the quality is very nice for the price and it looks great on the couch. I had a dog stay with me for a bit who liked to shred the skirt on my couch and this cover does a good job of covering up her destruction! My younger sister has the matching loveseat and I have recommended to her that she purchase this slip cover.

Better than expectedChestnut slipcover fits perfectly. Needed husband to help make the last back corner stretch over the back, while keeping arm front in place. Out of the package and into the dryer with a wet cloth took out major wrinkles. Remaining wrinkles came out when stretched into place. Fabric is very soft and comfortable. Already had pillows made from similar fabric, but in lighter color. Slipcover finished off project of extending the life of the couch. My couch had very large with round shaped arms and concerned this would not fit. Very pleased with the overall appearance and as long as it doesn't shrink after washing, we will enjoy this for a long time. Too bad the manufacturer couldn't make a pair of jeans for women that fit as good! PS covers came with a piece of cardboard that is to be used for tucking. Not much info other than that. Probably won't need it. Extra unexpected detail was piping around the cushion cover and arm rest.

Did the trickMy first living room set is wearing and I have a toddler at home, figured it was better to purchase covers instead of buying a new set right now. I definitely made the right choice. I washed the set when I purchased it, dryed it on medium, put it on the furniture right away. No need to iron it. With a few tucks and a few large saftey pins (in hidden places of course) these covers fit pretty well. (I tried and returned two other styles that just didn't cut it). I've accepted that there will always be a little slack and that my active two-year old will shift it around a bit. Overall this is a very good product. Great looking fabric. It spot cleans perfectly! No regrets on this purchase. P.S. I have it in sage. It is very pretty against pale yellow room. Added red, green and baige accents to compliment!

Good EnoughBought this to replace the Surefit Stretch Pique cover that looks horrible after only a year. The chestnut color is warm and more attractive than the color appears online. The cover fits fairly well, but my loveseat has pillow arms and the arms of the cover have alot of leftover space that hangs loosely. Maybe I can fill this space with batting or something. The cover for the pillows provided about 5 inches of excess space, which must be tucked in along the edge of the loveseat. The seating cover has a velcro closure on the back, but even though my seating pillows are old and saggy, they are still too big for the cover to close properly. All in all , the cover is very attractive in color and design, it just does not fit snugly like the pictures show. Its going to be another cover that has to be constantly tucked and smoothed, although the separate cover for the pillows does help keep the back tucked in better.

Careful putting this in the dryer!I bought the microsuede two -piece sofa slipcover. I like it overall, but be careful putting it in the dryer!! I put the cover into the dryer with a damp cloth on low heat just like the instructions said, to get rid of the packing wrinkles, and let the dryer run through a cycle. The white fabric that sits under the cushions of the sofa melted together in bunches! I had to pick it apart and tore a couple of holes in the fabric doing it. I am still using the slipcover, because you can't see the holes- they're under the cushions.
Overall, the cover fits well. My sofa is 93" wide and has big, wide arms. There are some wrinkles where the arms meet the back of the sofa that are too tight to tuck in, but it still looks good for a slipcover. It doesn't seem to need much re-tucking. It was easy to put on.
The cover still has wrinkles despite going through the dryer, but I think they will smooth out over time. Perhaps I'll take an iron to it? (But definitely not on that heat sensitive white fabric!)
Can't speak to durability since I just got it, but it looks like it will wear fine.
I'm glad I got the two piece cover. I like the look so much better than the one piece.

What a great buy!!!I received this slipcover in only 4 or 5 days even though the description said two week delivery from factory.
I dreaded fitting it to my sofa since I had previously purchased a slipcover from another company last year and between the fabric, ironing and tucking it was a nightmare.
This was very different. I used medium heat on the inside and it was very easy to get the wrinkles out from shipping. Next I placed it on my sofa and was amazed at how easily it was to fit. Maybe because the previous cover was a one piece which I thought would be easier but seemed a whole lot harder. In terms of rating the durability, I just went ahead and rated it excellent because the description said no "piling" which my previous slipcover began to do immediately.
I sat on the sofa to see how much work it would be to straighten it out after getting up and I found that the shiny polyester inside makes it very easy to just slide my hand across any surface area and immediately smooth it out.
I am very pleased with the look because I was ready to throw this sofa out, but now have the look of a brand new sofa. I will visit JC Penny again for slipcovers when I ready for a more summery look .

Nice Cover...But Didn't Fit My CouchThis was a nice cover. I was very excited when I finally received it in the mail. Seemed like a good quality product. I liked the soft texture of the material. I ordered both the loveseat and sofa cover. Unfortunately, I have an older set of couches, with an angled back, over-stuffed arms, and reclining seats on both ends. So it wouldn't pull over the arms/back of the couch correctly. It would've fit, but not how its suppose to. The arms were all bunched/twisted. If I had a normal couch, with a straight back, it probably would've fit great. I would recommend this product, but not if you have a couch like mine.
