The material is a very CLOSE weave. I have them in Short Sleeve for warm weather and Long Sleeve for the Cooler Temps. Never a problem. I use a "STEAM BALL" in the dryer and hang them on a hanger under the ceiling fan for 10 minutes, button the top button and into the closet. Looks like they have been ironed and
professionally cleaned. Use the Medium setting for 50 minutes. Do not let your wife use your stem ball. I repeat, "DO NOT LET YOUR WIFE USE YOUR STEAM BALL". Women use the high heat setting and ruin both the Steam Ball and mess up the shirt. Follow my instructions and your Stafford Shirt will always look fresh, pressed and feel good in any environment.
