Rated 1 out of 5 by from Parachute Pants If you are ordering longer pants with a relatively small waist (ex. 34x36), the pants fit as though they were constructed to be very big and then the waist was brought in. The waist fits well, but there is far too much material in the hips - it sticks out in the back and front (like parachute pants lite). The seat also fits too snug, so when I bend down at the waist at the material gets snug in the seat.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Recommend these anyone I had been purchasing a similar product until recently something very unexpected and disturbing began to occur. I purchased a pair of my "old reliable" slacks, and with two weeks I noticed my wallet wearing right through the pocket. Shocked, I went to return them and get another pair; I mean obviously, something was wrong with ones I had purchased. I got the new pair, and again, within two weeks, not only was the wallet wearing through the pocket but in addition, when I washed them the main fastener (button) had come off and was rolling around in the washer! I'm done with those. I purchased a pair of Dockers at JC Penney, and could not be happier. These slacks look great, fit well, and are holding up like champs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New Dockers are horrible First, when taking a catalog picture of slacks, it would be helpful if there was at least a small picture showing the waist and what type of buttons are on the slacks. The catalog picture has the model wearing a belt. Dockers have changed they button type they use and I was not aware of this. If I had known what type of button was now being used, I would not have bought the slacks to begin with. Second, the pants contain elastic waist-bands along the sides. The write-up does not specifically state that. The old "Individual Fit" waist was not the same design as this new design. The new Docker design, incorrectly named "Classic Fit," are nothing like the classic Dockers. Make sure you are prepared for the changes. I owned my pair for a grand total of 2 hours before returning them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dockers have changed Have purchased Dockers for my tall husband for over 10 years. Ordered 3 pairs recently and noted that the description said "individual waist" as before. When they arrived the waist is now "modern comfort waistband" which means that an adjustable elastic is sewn in each side. It makes the pants way too baggy and bunchy in the front. I tried different sizes but that did not help. Also the pants have a metal closure and an inside button instead of just the regular button closure. I'm not sure if Dockers is even making the individual fit anymore, although Penneys still advertises them that way. I doubt Penneys is aware that the style has changed. Bring back the better Dockers!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Product fits and shapes well This pants fits true to style. It is the classic fit and not relaxed so stockier guys will find it tight in the seat. The material is well made and a bit heavier than the comfort fit style.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good Pants Not As Advertised I've been purchasing Dockers pants for many years, and have usually been satisfied. My last couple of purchasing experiences, though, have been a disappointment. In both cases, the advertisement on the web site indicated that the pants I was ordering had a "Custom Fit" elastic waist band that would offer about an inch of extra stretch around the waist. That elastic waistband is, apparently, no longer available. It's sad that customer comfort has been sacrificed. Like many people, I tend to gain and lose weight, and my waist expands and contracts with those gains and losses. The elastic waistband was a nice feature that allowed me to wear the pants longer, even if the pants were wearing out in other places, like the knees or the hem. I would pay a bit more for pants that offered this feature, and I hope Dockers will consider re-introducing it. More importantly, if a feature is advertised on the web site, that feature should be included in the product. Thanks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product is of inferior quality Extremely disappointed!! After 2 wearings the pants are falling apart! A 4 inch portion of the waistband seam has totally come apart from the pleats to the pocket. The quality has deteroriated over the years. The 2 we bought before these quickly became worn at the pockets and hems. They looked worn and ugly before their time. I've been buying Dockers for over 20 yrs and used to love them because they were affordable, durable and comfortable. Now we are looking for a new brand.

Answer:
Easy! Simply select the item or items that you want to purchase in your shopping bag. It will show up in the upper right icon of your shopping bag with the amount. Click the shopping bag to open and you will select :"Check Out". It will then ask you how soon you want to receive and what the shipping costs will be and then select your form of payment and wait for it to be delivered. Very simple procedure one of the easiest ways to shop!

Answer:
I am not sure if the waist and length is on the website choices, without going back to that, but if not, I would order the waist size needed and a length that is above 29", as you can go to drycleaner/shirt laundry store and those places can shorten the pant length very affordably.

Answer:
Go to www.jcp.com then click on men, then click on pants, then click on pleated, then click on Dockers, then enter waist size, then enter inseam length, then click on the picture, then select the color, then click on add to shopping bag. Now you can continue shopping to add more pants or checkout, you can also change the number of pants like if you order two of the same pair . When checking out they will ask for delivery address, credit card information, and they ask for your zip code to find the closest JCPenney store to you. You can have your pants shipped to that store for free delivery. They will ask you for your email address so they can send you an email to let you know when your order has arrived at the store. Then you just go to the store and pick your order up. They will ask you to bring some ID or the JCPenney card with you if you used that card for your order. Thats it.

It is easy to order pants online. Just click through and choices come up. In 44 waist, 30 length is shortest available.

Answer:
To order go to the men pants section on the website and search for the name. The page will have a drop down box that will allow you to enter the waist size and length. If its shaded out, then that's indicative that they are not available. If that doesn't work then you can always call the order line 1800-322-1189,

Answer:
I basically entered the size I was looking for to see what's available as well as the brand name. If you have the style # that helps too. Sometimes I find what I want in store but they might not have the size so I write down item # & look it up

Hi Ashlee,

Please reject to customer care, as it appears the items are currently available and seems as if the customer just needs assistance with using the website for ordering. Thanks!
