Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is perfect for my work. I use the Stafford Brand Oxford cloth wrinkle free shirts for my embroidery business. Brides love to order these shirts and have them monogrammed to wear the day of their wedding. They can wear the button up shirts and not mess up their hair and makeup. The oxford cloth is a great weight so that it is not too hot or thin so it is not see thru. The value is excellent! June 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product has great fit and look. I have been in the dry cleaning business and have handled a large variety of shirts. I would always dress with the products that customers wear. I have found that Stafford shirts not only fit and look great, they hold up real well. February 27, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent value and quality. I have not had to wear dress shirts in sometime until I found a career that requires them to be worn everyday. Needless to say, I needed some nice looking dress shirts fast at a reasonable budget. I am a fairly large guy and I looked all over trying to find a nice reasonable shirt for big and tall guys. JCP Big and Tall section exceeded my needs for dress shirts and sport coats. JCP has an excellent selection at great reasonable prices. I was able to find my size and bought 5 shirts and 4 sports coats and 3 pair of pants. The quality is excellent and they look really sharp. I am 110% satisfied. December 20, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by New "Regular Fit" is not the same as the previous "Classic Fit" As so many others have said, the fit on the current "Regular Fit" shirts is significantly smaller in the arms (bicep/tricep area), chest and back than the previous "Classic Fit" shirts. My existing "Classic Fit" shirts are great shirts, fit fine, plenty of length to stay tucked in, roomy, have held up extremely well and look very nice. The new "Regular Fit" shirts fit like a biker shirt with no expansion. Cannot flex my arms without fearing the seams will tear. I wear a size 18 neck and 36/37 sleeve length, and comparing the old vs. the new, the circumference at the bicep/tricep area is over 2" smaller with the Regular Fit vs. the older Classic Fit. Back and chest measurements are similarly smaller in comparison. As requested by so many others, please bring the old "Classic Fit" style back. June 4, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Sizing is smaller. Not crazy. Thanks for the reviews explaining this. I have bought this pink oxford shirt from Penneys for 20 YEARS!!! Some years I had to really fight to find them because the pink was seasonal, but it was worth it because it was a great shirt for my tall husband. Great fit, weight and easy to wash and dry. Last year (2013) my husband thought I must have bought the wrong fit (maybe not Classic?) because it was so much tighter all over, so this year I was determined to get it right. I just compared the item #s inside his shirts and they were identical. I thought I was losing my mind until I read some of the detailed reviews posted. THANK YOU!!! I'm so disappointed and sad that Penneys decided to shrink their sizing after 20 loyal years of purchases. Rats! Now what? May 29, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Size Changes I ordered two of these shirts recently. One blue and one cloudburst. After reading the disappointed folks complaining about the size changes, I was somewhat wary. The blue one shipped immediately and I do notice that the sleeves are cut much narrower than a traditional fit. I can wear it but I'm not too happy with the fit. I don't have especially large arms, so I can understand how it wouldn't fit other guys. At the time I ordered the shirts, the cloudburst one was backordered. I just received it and I'm happy to report that it is cut at least an inch larger in the arms and is much more comfortable although both shirts are called "regular fit." I'm hoping that JCPenneys is responding to the complaints and is making the cut a little larger from now on. These are the first shirts of this kind I've purchased from JCP, so I can't comment on the comparison of the "regular fit" of the cloudburst one and the old "classic fit." January 23, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by New tight - regular fir Stafford Shirts - too small I tired again to go to a Penney's Store - this one was in Indianapolis. My local store just carried the fitted Stafford Shirt oxford button down as they only had about 1 or two regular fit. Well, the Indy store did not have any regular fit even close to my size. The clerk said Penney is going for the younger men who want fitted shirts. So I guess Penney no longer wants older guys who don't have a pencil shaped skinny body. Penney has made even the regular fit shirts so darn tight in the shoulders/chest and arms that they are uncomfortable. And it is not I have gained weight as my old 16.5 34/35 shirts fit perfect.. So, I will no longer shop any longer at JCPenney now that I gave up on the Stafford shirts. it is a shame, the Stafford Shirt used to be the best anyplace. Now that they are making MEN'S shirts to fit little kids, I can no longer wear them and will look elsewhere for shirts. November 18, 2013
