It seems as if I have always fallen in between sizes. Dockers Comfort Waist solves the problem. It gives and forgives that extra piece of pie. The design is such that no one knows your pants expand either and that's a big plus. I would highly recommend these pants and I have always been happy ordering them through JCP.com. I have them shipped to my local store to save on the shipping and they email me when they've arrived. Maybe if I did less shopping from the comfort of my chair I wouldn't need a comfort waist but, oh well, I like the convenience and I also like pie. After all, you only go around once!

These are a good value. Good fit but the material is not what it used to be. Remains to be seen as to wear-ability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Golfnunz Love the material , needs no pressing after washing.
The pants are the right size I ordered.
The thing I did not like, was the cuffs on the trousers.
I like the material, in general . I was sastified

Really like the comfort waist. The pants look great and feel good when wearing. Haven't had them very long, so will have to see how they hold up after several washings. Actually, bought 4 pairs, since I liked them so well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by RiverCityGuy A good pair of pants - but needs couple of changes
I usually buy Dockers D3 pants, and thought this pair was a way to get my size (harder to find 34 inseams) when my local JC Penneys was out of them.
These are well-made enough, but the elastic section in the waist sides can wind up becoming visible when they are put on and worn. I had picked up a pair of these in a thrift store a few months back, and at that time thought it was just a defective pair. Nope! Those were a bit looser than this pair, but for my tastes, both still have too much leeway/give.
I will need to read more closely when on the JCP site, or just wait it out until the local store gets the D3's in. Overall, Dockers have held up okay for me, but in the past year or two, the Dockers pants have seemed to not hold up and start wearing out sooner. Part of that might be because I think they changed their country of origin for this style of pants.

The expandable waist is the selling point but they look great and feel great. To me, pants without the expandable waist are pretty "rigid". I mean the waist rarely feels like you want it to and it can shrink etc. The waist on these pants however conforms to my waist and they look good. You cant see anything wrong. I think I will try to buy all my pants this way and I am not really over weight. Maybe 4 lbs. I am told that I am skinny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KMJS Husband loves these.
Husband specifically requested comfort waist pants. These came incredibly fast (I ordered just a few days before Christmas, and they arrived Christmas Eve, just in time!). The darker pants were crisp out of the package and didn't even need ironing. The lighter colors needed a touch of ironing. They fit perfectly and were very comfortable for my husband, and they looked great. Got these on a great sale, very happy with purchase. Full price would be a little over-priced.
