Rated 2 out of 5 by Fabric quality not up to my standards The fabric was kind of thin. The fit was tight. I've had better from JCP June 29, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Way too baggy! Wrong picture I pulled them out of the plastic and tried them on right away. They are baggy! I mean, like really baggy. I own about 6 pairs of straight-fit pants and none of them are like this at all. These are even more baggy than some relaxed fix khakis I own. I even checked the label to make sure they sent me the right ones and sure enough it says legacy chino straight fit. The picture is NOT accurate at all. I will be returning them for sure. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great pants These are great everyday type of pants. Good value, fits well, and a nice variety of colors and will work for a variety of occasions. June 22, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful!!!! Only casual pants my husband likes. Loves the fit. Soft material, wash well and so little ironing. June 17, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice chinos! These chinos are really soft with comfortable fabric. Hubby thinks they run on the small side so best to try them on. They are not are not a relaxed fit so if you need extra room order a size up on the waist. June 1, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great pant for a slim man My son is tall and thin, and these fit him perfectly. They hang nicely without being too loose. Very well made. Will buy these again! June 3, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed Was disappointed in waist size. My son has the same size, same brand jeans and fit perfect. These pants way too tight. May 30, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Chino Chino, My Sweet Bambino! These pants are not too baggy, and the waistline is just right, not too high or low. They are soft and comfortable, and although they are not wrinkle-free, they iron out very easily and can usually be worn twice per washing (I have an office job). The colors offered are current, so you won't look like you stepped out of a garage sale. I have three pairs of these chinos now in different colors. May 18, 2016

Answer:
I have all three colors of this pant in a 32 inch waist that after washing them are a little snug. The 34 waist is too big. A 33 waist would be an ideal size.

how do these fit?
How do the waist and length fit compared to St. John's Bay® Worry Free Flat-Front Pants?
I tried the 32/30 in store and they fit perfect- even though, that's a size down for me for both waist and length.
