Rated 4 out of 5 by PKBowen Pretty good labcoat, but it could use a little pretreatment
I ordered this labcoat a few weeks ago, and I quite like it. My particular research doesn't involve any extreme chemicals or many open flames, so it still looks nice and bright white.
It doesn't breathe very well, so if you work in an unconditioned lab somewhere south of the Mason Dixon line, you might want to consider something "cotton-y" instead of this polyester beast. My biggest gripe is that the labcoat, when you first get it, feels like a set of frathouse sheets. That is to say, it's pretty stiff. After a few weeks of wear, mine is starting to loosen up, but I probably should have washed and dried it first.
Overall, I would recommend it if you're looking for a budget labcoat, but if you're extremely picky about your lab garb, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
