Hi! I just checked and at this time I can see all the colors in the large size, but I also, have experienced times when only the thumbprints show. A lot of the times, I believe its just a glitch with the webpage and if you try again later it will work.
Sometimes clearing out the computer's cache, such as history files, and deleting cookies will help. Sometimes restarting the computer or trying a different web browser will make the webpage load correctly. I might also recommend trying to sign out and back into JCP's website and see if that corrects the problem. Hopefully one of these suggestions will work for you!
