Rated 5 out of 5 by from The shoes are very comfortable and look great. I had the shoes shipped to my local J C Penny's for free and was emailed when they arrived. The product was shipped on time. I have a wide foot (4 E) and finding comfortable shoes has been a long time issue for me. As soon as I put the shoes on I knew I had made a good choice. I have worn them to work as well as around town for over a week and I am still happy. They look great and feel great. I will order the same shoe in white. When these wear out I am sure i will order another pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My brother LOVED receiving these!!!! I sent these to my brother and he totally loves them. He is a 10.5 which isn't always the easier size to find, but New Balance always comes through. He has this particular style in white, now black and I also ordered him the brown which he is saving for later. And thanks JCP for having a shipping option to have UPS knock on his door!!! That was a real comfort to me for only a few extra dollars :D

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value for a good shoe. I am hooked on New Balance shoes and these are a very good deal. I have a tough size foot to fit properly. A 6 1/2 or 7 wide. New Balance and JCP carry these.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great shoe for wide feet this shoes 608V4 is a great style for people with wide feet. the toe box is more square and allows room for your toes. no pinching in the instep either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bought as a gift for my dog-walker. After 2 previous online purchases from other retailers, this was excellent. It is difficult, at best, to buy online clothing. Especially shoes. After 2 attempts with other retailers, this pair is perfect. Three's a charm.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Narrow at toe Although the shoe fits, I find it tight in the toe area. I don't have large feet, only a size 8. Consider this when purchasing.

On this shoe your site lists extra wide as a width option. Does this equal 2E, or 4E using New Balance sizes?

Asked by: Jimbo
I have recently learned, from shopping for athletic shoes for my family, that sizing widths have changed. 2E refers to wide.....4E refers to double or extra wide.....6E refers to triple wide. There is no 3E as there was previously several years ago, it is now 6E referring to triple wide.
