Not a good product - it didn’t track steps correctly and only picked up less than half of my steps. Tried all the suggestions from the user manual and website, but nothing worked. Trying to get it repaired or replaced under the warranty from Nuband was a terrible experience. There is no phone number for the company, only an email. I would not recommend this product since it stopped working and I can’t seem to get it fixed.

If you just want to track your steps and know how far you walked, this is the best for the money. Great for someone not tech savy. Would like to be able to enter somethings manually, but it's OK.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Alyssa Depends what you're looking for
I found the steps to be fairly accurate, I wasn't a huge fan of the app though. One of the main reasons for purchasing this item was to track my sleep, and it wants you to put it in sleep mode. Even when I remembered to do this, it said I got more sleep than I did. If I forgot, it would wake me up because I was inactive too long. The silent alarm never seemed to work either. Even though I ended up returning this item, it's not bad for the price. But, that depends on what you really want it for. I was hoping it would let me know if I had a message or missed a call as I never have my phone volume up at work. I probably would have kept it if I didn't have to put it in sleep mode and the alarm had worked.

After 9 months and 2 weeks mine died this morning and won't take a charge . Over the past 9 months this band has had issues , just charged it and it was staying stuck on 60,000+ steps which I then had to let it sit on my desk for a week to let battery drain as instructed by Nuband support. I have tried numerous times to get the clock to go from military time to regular and no matter how many times I reset the app and sync'd the band it would never do as it was told . Band has been letting go and falling off randomly but there is no rips or tears in it . Face of screen is chipping and scratches easily, switching to see different readings can sometimes put it in sleep mode, which can also happen at night it can be shut off or woken up as the button is touchy . Now today it has been on charger for over 2 hours and nothing is working on it . I looked at website and after paying $20+ in shipping (I looked on postal website and Nuband wants you to insure this device , plus packaging , and return shipping It will be over $20) to get a replacement I may just save that and buy a different brand all together .

my fb died and i really wanted to start tracking my steps and get back to being healthy. I got this for such a deal, i figured i'd give it a try. Well, i think, so far, its great. It syncs very quickly and easily to my android phone (galaxy S5) and seems to be accurately recording my movement. I'd say the only thing i would like different if for the device to automatically sense sleep....you have to press the button twice to enter sleeping mode. I usually forget.......other than that, i think its a great device and i recommend it

The band requires to download an app, the app has bad reviews but I had no problems using it or errors. The band itself works as expected, battery lasts 5 to 7 days. I got it for an 11yr old and she loved it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by HorsepowerHeels Good basic tool
This is an inexpensive sport watch that tracks steps and sleep cycles. It has a lot of features for alerts and alarms to encourage activities. The first one I got was defective, but it was quickly replaced and I have not had any issues with the replacement. It doesn't do all the added features of some of the more high-end sports trackers, but it gets the job done and seemingly is fairly accurate. The only downside is the face scratches easily as there is nothing protecting it.
