Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed!!!!!!!! I just bought my Nutribullet RX cause I was very excited about making juices, smotthies and vitamins. Surprisingly, all drinks get out of the cycles warm. Tried to use ice cubes or frozen ingredients but drinks still to be very warm. It is important to say that I'm not using the SouperBlast mode. I would never expect that a high-end blender built especifically for doing it would deliver warm drinks. Common blenders don't do that. I emailed the customer services and did not get any response. Tried to call, waited for more than 35 minutes and gave up. Very disappointes with the Nutribullet RX and also with the company's customer service. Unfortunatelly I cannot return the product cause I'm from Brazil and bought it while I was traveling in the US.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Loved it! Until I had to return it I bought this for myself for Christmas and was very excited! The first time I used it worked great, but the cup leaked a little. I assumed that maybe I had not tightened everything properly. Second time I used it the leak was WORSE. Almost all contents of the cup leaked out before I could even pull the cup off the base all the way. I had seen the problem reported randomly through out the reviews I had read, but it was so rarely mentioned that I assumed it was operator error and went ahead and ordered mine. It did blend everything really well.... for what that is worth. If the leaking was not present this would have been perfect! Easy to clean, easy to use

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great when it doesn't tear itself apart We have been using the original bullet for years now and always worked no problems. We recently bought (Jan 11, 2015) the RX. At first it worked great. Love how it completely grinds up into a smooth juice unlike the original which still left it somewhat gritty. But after the 5th use, we tried to make tomato soup. About a minute or so into the cycle the base started leaking and then we noticed chunks of black bits in the soup. We unplugged it openned it and noticed rubber chucnks in the soup which seem to have been part of the black blade base (looks like rubber gasket material). Alot of the soup spilled into the motor base, and now the motor smells odd when running after we cleaned it up and ran it with only some water in the 30 oz cup. Been trying to call customer service but been on hold for a long time and then system finally hung up on me. Very dissapointed. after spending over $200. Using our original bullet until someone finally ever gets back to me from Nutribullet

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nicely Constructed I bought this a month ago and finally used it today. It works perfectly and effortlessly. The tightening tool is easy to use and secures the carafe resulting in no leaks or mishaps. It's nice to just set the carafe on the motor base, rotate it sligtly clockwise and it automatically turns on, does it's job and then stops. It is easy to totally take apart for cleaning. Great machine to own!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I love my NutriBullet Rx. Makes great smooooothies in 2 min and turns itself off. Tremendous power--grinds up the kale in seconds. Also makes wonderful soup: liquefies the veggies and heats them also in about 8 min. Easy to clean too. Recipe booklet good; instruction manual a bit incomplete but it was easy to figure out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from it does not work I'm sorry to tell you that my experience has been awful because it only worked for just one day and it doesn't work anymore. I was planning to call you about the guarantee. I doesn't move the blades after the second day I tried to use it. Please let me know what to do. It doesn't seem broken. It just does not work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best machine I have bought so far I bought this for my Christmas gift to myself and started using, so far so good, trying different combinations of vegs, seeds, soups, ice, it's grinds spinach so smoothly I love it, does what it says and the handy recipe book is great. Hoping to lose some weight along with some regular exercise for 2017. Easy to clean and the cup sizes are very good as easy to do enough to last me the working day. I like buying electronic gadgets for my kitchen and this is the best one so far. Recommended to my niece and she bought one too. Try it you won't be disappointed, I have not been so far using it daily and very easy to clean straight away after each use.
