Alphonse Mucha was a Czech Art Nouveau painter and decorative artist, most well known for his images of women. He produced many paintings, illustrations, advertisements and designs. Lefevre Utile, better known worldwide by the initials LU, is a manufacturer brand of French biscuits, emblematic of the city of Nantes. The LU initials were first utilized by Mucha for this 1897 ad for the Lefevre-Utile Biscuit Co. Assembled puzzle measures 18.5" x 26.75".
