Rated 5 out of 5 by from Back to Burners This model oven with the perfect placement of the four burners is so nice to cook on. I have had it for three weeks and have not had one spillage--even when boiling eggs or pasta on the high setting. It is sleek and super easy to clean, if needed, with just a warm cloth or paper towel followed by a dry dish cloth. My sons came home for a visit and were amazed how the white oven has brightened up the kitchen. I am very impressed by the true oven temp--it has baked three butter pecan cakes and a chicken pot pie to perfection. I have not used the broiler, but I expect it will definitely do the job! I would recommend this oven and its white finish to anyone. My old oven had a black cooktop that was not easy to clean and showed every speck of salt, crumbs, etc., but this burner model in white is a win win.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good basic Electric Range, capacious oven This range is nearly identical to the GE range I purchased in December of 2003. The burners appear easier to clean, which is an improvement. I like the large oven, as I bake up to 8 loaves of bread at a time. The oven heats evenly and accurately, and the burners work well. The storage drawer is small. I do not want a smoothtop because I can tomatoes and make jellies, and burners are better for that. The old oven became unreliable, and this new appliance was not much more expensive than the repair bill would have been. I worry about the computerized panel, which had to be replaced once in the first one & I have no confidence that this is any more durable. Ranges should last 20 years! We'll see.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I bought this stove in March to replace my faithful 22 yr old workhorse. Took a while to get it delivered due to scheduling misunderstandings, but, that's another story. Wow what a difference! The calrod surface elements heat up and cool off quicker. The oven controls are exact and I love the timer features. Stove seems to be very well made and roomy enough for my most ambitious cooking expeditions. Haven't had a chance to do any canning yet but should perform well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed The drip pans are of poor quality, immediately developing spots difficult to remove. 3 of the 4 elements are unevenly raised where they come out from the plug-in, causing the pot or pan to distribute eg. oil and an egg to slide to one part of the pan. One element does not set tightly into the drip pan also causing unevenness, especially when using a small pan. I chose GE because I'd used a similar stove for 22 years till the oven element died. I am very
