Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wish I would have purchased a wash board instead! Hate this washer. I feel I have to constantly monitor wash loads. I have used the sensor & clothes have been twisted up in knots from not having enough water to move in. This has been especially disastrous in using the delicate cycle. Yeah, I can stand there & push the deep fill button till clothes are covered but WHY should I have to? Have set the washer to "bulky" & deep rinse. Hope the thing dies in the first year. Have wasted my money on the five year extended warranty with R.C. Wiley Co. where I purchased it. First sign of a breakdown, to the dump it goes (unless I get even more disgusted than I am now, at which point it's out of here sooner)!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The best value and quality I found online! I really like the large wash capacity it has inside. I also like the easy button use of just turning to desired setting. The load size is not very clear but it's supposed to be the "soil" knob. So according to how big your load is, that's the "heavy soil" type. The deep fill can be tricky. It would help if it came with clearer instructions as to how to use this. I want to wash my clothes with a full tub of water so need to press this button each time. However, I push it and don't hear anything so need to wait a while. I just got the machine so I have to see if there's something I'm doing wrong. I will have to update my review later after I figure this part out. I suppose I just need to be patient to let the machine get started and water to fill. Other than that, I love the capacity and value. Most machines are complicated to use now, so this one is a good buy. Just need to learn how to use it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Washes dry I bought this washer 2 months ago and wish I could take it back. I cannot get it to put enough water in to cover the clothes in it. If you open the lid in the middle of the wash cycle the clothes level is 4 to 6" above the water level. I expect my good shirts will be shot in 6 months or less. I will be calling to have a service person look at it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not fantastic We've had it a month . Constantly unbalances load during wash cycle . Have to stop and redistribute load in order to continue .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tired of baby sitting Currently looking for a place that accepts trade ins. My wife hates it but she exaggerates. Machine is very loud and walks all over the place. It took me some time to get it set. Babysitting part: Small loads cause the machine to get out of balance in the spin cycle and require pausing the machine and redistributing the clothes. My wife does not babysit and eventually finds the clothes soaking wet. Since I bought the machine you can imagine the grief I receive. On the good side, clothes are clean and this might be a good option for large families.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sucks! I don't typically do reviews, but since I have been unhappy with this washer for almost a year now, I thought I should. I've complained to my husband on more than a few occasions on how this washer doesn't get our clothes clean. As I stand in front of this washer now, I'm very disappointed as I now see why. The water is so low that is didn't even get all the clothes wet. I don't think I'll ever buy a HE washer again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only a couple issues but they are MAJOR problems. HUGE problem - There does not seem to be any way to use liquid bleach with this washer without it ruining things. I have taken great care to add it exactly as the instructions state, and still almost every towel we own has been ruined. It seems to ruin about 1/3 of the load each time...so I'm guessing that it doesn't dilute it properly and whatever is closest when it's added in gets ruined. Regular problem - If the wash doesn't spin out well for some reason and you choose "Drain & Spin" it refills the tub with water before it spins out--BIG waste of water. Hard on my Sanity problem- the lid locking/unlocking during parts of the cycle- it just moves really slow and I get tired of standing around waiting on it. Really tired. Really.
