Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love everything about this oven I bought this oven in 2005 and it stopped working last month. After using this oven for 12 years, I knew I had to have it replaced with another one...nothing else would do! I love how it cooks using so many different methods and cuts down on the cook time and required cooking temperature. I use this oven more than my large convection oven because it is great for convection baking smaller desserts and dishes without having to heat my larger oven. It easily accommodates a 9x13 inch cake/brownie/muffin pan so it is the perfect size!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Still learning to use it I got the Advantium 120 in December along with a new wall oven and Monogram cooktop. My kitchen looks gorgeous and I'm cooking more than I ever have. I still haven't found the time to really explore all of the options of the Advantium. This weekend we'll be roasting a whole chicken in it! The microwave feature is great! Love the "sensor" feature to reheat casseroles and other items. The one thing that I don't like and I had to remove one star is, it's very difficult to reach the back and the back corners because of the drop down door! It should be equipped with a traditional side open door. I'm 5'7 and have long arms and I can't imagine a short person trying to get ti clean. Otherwise, very happy with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing oven that I love to use! I can do EVERYTHING with this oven that I need to do: broil, bake, convection bake, microwave, and combinations of those. There is a learning curve because it's not the old style "hot box" our mothers had, but I think this evolution is so much better and faster. I can bake an entire chicken so the skin is crispy but the inside is cooked thoroughly but not dried out, and in less than half the usual time. I recommend spreading out appetizers so they don't touch and not bunching them in the middle of the tray so they cook evenly as they rotate. Keep an eye on small items like that the first few times because they will cook much faster than expected. If I prepare a second tray to replace the first one when I am serving, I can keep a steady stream of hot appetizers for guests. Really, this is such a fun oven to work with!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the Features I bought to have as a second oven. Performed perfectly for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Baked in half the time and browned dishes. I am short and had it installed in the wall. I cannot reach inside to get things out or to clean. Did not know this when I purchased. Am having the entire wall unit moved to the counter top which was the purpose of buying the unit...safe counter space. Disappointed with this. Also, the clock will not stay lit. It did when I initially purchased, but now does not. I an hearing in the reviews that GE says it is energy saver. I have not read the manual yet or called GE but if this is the case why did it stay on for the first 6 months and now it does not. Will check in with GE. Otherwise the features are great and the cooking options are exactly what I wanted.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Steam from oven vents out sides; damages cabinetry I would love this oven for its features if it weren't for the fact that it directs steam generated out the sides of the doors, rather than over the top through the built-in vents. There is enough steam that it damages the finish on the cabinets. GE has replaced it, but the replacement one still does this when I cook with a combination of heat and microwaves for even long enough to bake two potatoes. When I only cook with microwaves for a short amount of time, there isn't enough steam to cause damage. I'm sorry I spent so much money on it because of this poor element of its design. That is why I have rated it poor in the overall rating.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Underpowered Pretty disappointed. Underpowered compared to my old microwave. Downward swinging door not as convenient when mounted above regular oven as it sits kind of high. Clock doesn't stay lit (according to GE this is due to some energy savings regulation--really? A microwave LED clock uses too much energy? How come the oven clock still stays lit?). They try to pack so many options into the controls that you have to go through too many steps to do the simplest things. It won't even let you set the time for less than 30 seconds.
