The Savannah cut-to-width unfringed thermal roller shade helps reduce energy costs. Note: Roller shades will be slightly narrower than the width ordered; to avoid the resulting light gap on each side and to achieve maximum privacy and light control, consider outside mount.

  • cordless product safe for homes with young children and pets
  • polyester matte finish fabric with foam backing for privacy
  • reliable multi stop spring roller allows positioning of shade at any height on the window
  • all colors are white to the street side
  • custom cut to your width
  • for inside mount installation , deduct 1/8” from your total width for proper clearance
  • universal steel brackets, screws and anchors included which allow for inside, outside or ceiling installations

Roller shade is white on street side and can fit windows up to 64" long. Window must be at least 1" deep for inside mount; 2¼" deep for flush inside mount. Hardware included.

Polyester. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Imported.

To Order: After measuring your windows, select the size range you need, and the color and quantity and click on "add to bag." You will then be able to specify the exact width you need for your shade. For inside mount, subtract 1/8" from your overall width to account for mounting brackets. ¾"D for inside mount; 2¼"D for flushed inside mount. Note: If you are ordering more than one shade within the same size range and want the shades cut to different widths, you must place each shade in the shopping bag separately.

Spring motor roller shades are manufactured with approximately 8” of extra fabric added to the length. This is required for the proper operation of the spring activated roller mechanism.

FREE SWATCH: If you would like to receive a swatch of the fabric prior to ordering the item, please e-mail customerservice@phaseii.com to receive a sample swatch of fabric. Please include your name, address, item description and color that corresponds with your selection. Allow 5 days to receive the swatch.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Serves its purpose I bought this for my mother's large kitchen window. I had originally purchased one at Xmas that came bowed and cut much too short (from one side to the other side - inside mounts). This one was not. However, what a pain in the rumpus it was to unroll this shade in order to put it up. It took two of us to carefully pry the layers apart. The outer layer is a smooth surface - the inner a textured surface. Due to the sticking - there were a lot of waves in the shade when hung. We're hoping that heat from the sun will make the shade lie flatter. The plastic piece that goes inside the pull area at the bottom of the shade -was cracked. Rather than send it back for this reason - we duck taped the area so that the sharp areas wouldn't come through the shade if someone grabbed it by that area. This is the fourth shade that I've purchased since Xmas - 3 were cut too short (much too short) and this one had the crack issue. I'm not sure I'll be buying again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as expected This shade was stuck to itself along the entire length every 2". As I unrolled it, it took careful pulling for it to release from itself. This resulted in a pleated look which is not normal but I am hoping that it smooths out over time. I only unrolled 30 inches. The rest of the shade is still stuck but is not needed for this window. It was on sale so it is not worth returning to me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Vinyl is melted together This is the 2nd shade that I'll be returning. It looks like it was hanging out in a hot oven because the vinyl is melted together and won't unroll. I can't even peel it open because it rips apart.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Exactly as described Easy to install and helps to block the extreme light that comes in this window

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor Cutting Job I've bought shades from JCPenny plenty of times in the past. They are affordable and reliable. However, this time the shade that showed up looked like it had been cut with a machete. I know these cut-to-width shades can be a little rough sometimes, but this seemed a little extreme.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Thermal Roller Shades I did not have a good experience with ordering these shades. I was ordering for my kitchen & bath window to keep the house cooler from the afternoon sun. I have ordered 6 shades in the past and was very satisfied. These however, came all creased (like an accordion) - so I returned them and placed a new order in the store to be sent to my house. They came and were the same way plus there were 2 small holes in the kitchen shade. I returned them and re-ordered for a third time but this time I ordered the black out shades (not the thermal). They came and when I got them home and took them out of the package, they were very cheap looking and these don't pull down right either. (So frustrating that in the past I received great product but any order I place now for shades are terrible).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BAD CUT I have ordered and installed many roller blinds and these have a horrible cut, there is almost 2" gap on each side, allowing light in and non returnable .... quality of the materials look fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good basic shade good deal on a quality shade. Cut to exact measurement. Only thing was a tiny spot of the color had come off but not an issue for me.

Are these thermal shades also black out shades? I am interested in buying the Chestnut brown shades.

Asked by: Rich
yes they are. I have them in my son's summer house in ivory and they like how it keeps the light out when they wake up in the morning.

What do you use to cut these so that it looks even ?

Asked by: karen44077
I didn't have to cut the shades. I ordered the size that fit the window. I think it is possible to cut the fabric, but would probably need something precise like a rotary cutter instead of shears.

I ordered Savannah thermal shades. Shades look vinyl not polyester and do not have a foam back as described. Can you see foam on back?

Also, how thick are the Savannah shades? I am wondering if I was sent the wrong shades.
