Rated 3 out of 5 by from Oven temps are off I've had this range for a few days, and I'm not sure if it's working quite right. The cooktop seems to work fine. The front burners get quite hot, hot enough to get a good sear on meat. I like having multiple sizes for each of the front burners, and I haven't had any trouble keeping it clean. I've had a little more trouble with the ovens. First I ran a self clean cycle to burn away any residue, which seemed to work fine. The next day I tried to cook some pork chops in the upper oven at 250F. Half an hour later they were still completely raw and the oven barely felt warm, even though the display said it was 250. I put in my 2-probe digital thermometer and monitored the temp, and it was reading about 150-175. I changed the oven temp to 350 and the thermometer read around 300. I tested the lower oven and it was reading about the same - about 50 degrees off. If you go into the settings, you can adjust the oven calibration, increasing it up to 35 degrees, which puts it in the ballpark of being correct. So I'll keep using it for a while to see if the performance is acceptable. But the lower oven broiler doesn't seem to get very hot either, so I may end up calling LG to see if they can figure out what's going on. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love love love this oven! I have had it almost 2 months and it works perfectly. Learning to use convection is really not hard at all...read the instructions. My only complaint is the dials are extremely hard to read, even with kitchen lights on. I recommend they improve on that, Maybe use chrome instead of white paint on the numbers? Yes, the front dials can be turned on by leaning against the stove....but there are only 2 adults in our home and we are aware to be careful. Love the grill in the upper oven too! one review on this oven complained about the groove in front of the glass top being a catch all for crumbs...yes it is, but I use an old toothbrush to clean it out and it works great. I also love the cheerful melodies for the timer alerts....rather than the traditional beeps. My husband was impressed with the sturdiness of it , not heating up the kitchen so much as our old stove. Very well built. will check back in at a later date if any problems arise. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love my Convection Oven! I am very pleased with our purchase of the LG Probake Convection Oven. I love to bake and the convection oven really heats evenly and cooks quickly. I like that it automatically adjusts the temperature for convection use. I also love the two oven feature and the easy clean surface. My one complaint would be that the ultra heat burner does not really heat up as fast as I thought it would. It works great once it is heated up. I do like the feature of being able to heat up the inside of the burner for smaller pans and the larger burner for large pans. The other design flaw would be there is a small crevice right in front of the control knobs that collects dirt from cooking. I need ouse a toothpick to clean it out. However, I do like the look of this oven in my kitchen and the glass top is easy to care for with the cleaning solution provided. It is also very easy to find it the cleaning supplies in stores. Rated 2 out of 5 by from I would not purchase it again I've owned my oven for 10 months now. I wanted to wait to give it and myself a chance to become really acquainted. I would not purchase oven again. First off I hate the glass cooktop. It's too hard to clean and keep clean. It takes too long to boil water, it takes approximately 8-10 mins to boil water in a small 2 qt sauce pot half full on the Ultra Heat setting. The eyes do not maintain heat well, it seems to be extremely hot or not hot enough, I have to keep adjusting the heat to get through the cooking. Even though there is a warming eye, the space on the top make it useless when cooking large meals. My attempts to use the convection cycle has also failed. I cooked a roast for a Sunday dinner, after spending 3 hrs on convection cooking and still not tender, I changed the setting to regular heat for about 45mins. I was not impressed with the outcome of the roast. The oven size for both ovens is good. The quick clean did not get hot enough to clean the oven after some other spillage. In fact, immediately after, i could put my bare fingers on the oven surface as it was not too hot to touch. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well thought out product. Purchased about 6 weeks ago. I shopped around for about 30 days comparing ranges, when all was said and done I thought this was the best for the money. I cannot think of a feature that the range lacks. The Ultra Hot burner front left works great and has 2 pan size setting. The right front burner has 3 pan size settings The left and right rear burners have one pan size and the warmer burner is between the right and left rear burners. I really enjoy the infrared speed broiler in the top oven, makes broiling a steak really quick and easy. It's really nice having the range control knobs on the front. The split on the 7.3 cubic feet double oven size is more practical as the upper oven is larger than on most double ovens, but heats up really fast. The top is easy to clear too.The color on the inside of the oven is nice and bright. This range just does everything right. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bad design with greasy knobs & dirty crevice The front panel and knobs have greasy fingerprints non stop and there is a horrible crevice between the cooktop and front panel that is a pain to clean out. As for cooking, it does a great job. If you don't really care what your stove looks like when it comes to cleanliness, this might be a good choice for you. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad idea to buy Oven with knobs in front !!! Bought it and regret it. It was the worst idea to buy this stove with knobs located in the front of it, any contact will turn stove on, and you don't realized, also all cooking residual, oil, etc, goes right to it.
