Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dark nickel rod I ordered 3 of these rods to hang curtains in my children's rooms on 45" windows. The 1st one we hung I wanted the brackets to extend beyond the window a little bit which was a mistake on my part because the maximum stretch is 48" so the rod droops in the middle a little so we need a center support. Learning from this in my daughters room we made sure they lined up even with the window trim (so 45" apart) and they hung much better without drooping. So bottom line if you're going to hang it close to the maximum of 48" be prepared to have a center support or get a different rod. I thought the pole felt kind of cheap but it did hold up my daughters fairly heavy royal velvet lined curtains just fine. We were very impressed with the brackets they were much sturdier quality and could extend much further than a much more expensive rod we bought for a different room. The basic finals are nice because some of that stuff is way too decorative and froofroo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from True to image, but.. I bought several warm bronze single rods. As wonderful of a color these are, and great in quality, what a task I had putting these up. I would highly recommend if you have a power drill to use it, whereas I only had a screw driver I had a tough time screwing in screws in the hole nearest the holding plank. That aside, I would highly recommend these rods for any grommet styled curtains you may have. My curtains slide very well on the rods. Measured at length when installed they reach 45" across, so I have no bending in the middle of the two intersecting sheaths, to give you an idea of how well these work for me. An added bonus for me was where the end of the rod sits in the plank are each one screw to actually secure the rod in place, so there's no sliding around on that part! They look really lovely in my living room, very tasteful, would definitely recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from read reviews before buying Luckily I did read several reviews before buying this product. I waiting a year after buying curtains to buy rods that I could afford. If you need to extend this to more than 42" it will sag in the center. I was able to fix the problem by wrapping the end of the smaller rod (2 inches or so) with black electrical tape to fill the small gap. That got me to about 45 or 46 ". If you need to go past that, but two rod sets, and use one of the extra brackets to hold the center.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Item for the money These curtain rods were perfect! They came in quick and were a breeze to install. I used them in what is now our spare bedroom but they will remain there when we turn it into a nursery. They are classic and clean looking and fit hundreds of decor styles. I definitely recommend this product to anyone!

Simple but classy for both rooms! The bronze rods highlight the room. We love our selection and value! Got them on sale which was affordable and it made a huge difference!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love my new drapery rods I needed new drapes and rods and found these to be a good fit for my large windows. One window is over 100 inches and the other window is in 3 sections and over 200 inches wide. The ability to add on and make one large rod is a big plus especially for the price.
