Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is so light weight and nice sections for different items. I love the suitcase. It is light weight and durable. The wheels and handle are solid and work very well. The extra compartments add to it quite a bit. It has lots of room

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So good, so far! I've only used the luggage once and I was very pleased. Very easy to handle through a busy airport and it has sufficient space for everything.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from design defeat Unless you want to be frustrated all the time, do not purchase this suitcase. I picked it based of three positive reviews. I bought this suitcase for a 2 weeks tour trip in Europe. I needed a medium size spinner because I was going to be moving from aiport to airport, tour buses, hotels, etc. I wanted to be comfortable carrying my suitcase. It was impossible to keep the suitcase from tipping over forwards. Even after trying numerous times to balance the weight and putting heavy stuff in the back of the suitcase, and using the straps, the suitcase still tipped. BTW, the suitcase's weight is almost 10lbs and the total weight was 32 lbs with my clothes in. So, I didn't overfill it. After observing all the other suitcases, I realized that the problem with this suitcase is that the wheels are too close together and towards the back. Therefore, there isn't support on the front of the suitcase. The only way it wouldn't tip was when it was completely empty.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not fit for great excursions I was excited to take this on my 10 day excursion through four countries in Europe. It is NOT fit for this. Brick paved roads, multiple train trips, and brick paved roads ;). I had read someone's review about it constantly tipping over but chose to overlook it because it comes in an awesome Superman blue color! Anyway...the wheels on this luggage are spinners...but...they do not work smoothly! They're toooo small. For great excursions you need a luggage with bigger spinner wheels. I envied my companions who did have luggage with the bigger wheels. I was not able to push it in front of me as they were able to. I was not able to even get it over some of the cracks on the street! And I did have to be careful with how I packed my stuff...not too heavy...or else it would tip over. The wheels are too close to each other. Biggest complaint...the wheels. They're too small and too close to each other.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect in Every Way! I am so very pleased with the purchases of 2 of these beautiful suitcases! I purchased them on line, helped by a very professional agent, delivered to my home, and when I opened the boxes, I could hardly believe what I was seeing! Even more beautiful than pictured, and most importantly how durable and well made, with so many features that will make travelling so much easier for a senion as myself. GREAT PRICE TOO!!!!! Thank you JCP.

Does the Protocol roll aboard suitcase have a "sleeve" on the back, that you can put over the handle of a bigger suitcase? Thanks!

Asked by: YBAVRG
It does not. We did drape a small duffel bag over its handle to sit on top but it did not have a sleeve so that this suitcase could fit over a larger suitcase.

Flying

I am getting ready to travel and I haven't been on a plane for a long while. Does this bag get considered a personal item or a carry on? Because I was hoping this bag could be stored under my seat and I could have a carry on to store in the overhead bin.
Asked by: StudentAbroad
I believe this bag can be considered your "personal item" on most airlines. It did fit beneath the seat when I flew with American Airlines this spring. I purchased this specific bag based on Spirit Airlines' teeny, tiny carry-on size requirements, but my flight isn't until July.
