Rated 3 out of 5 by from Flat Front Pants - size problmes Order a suite coat and two pairs of the flat front pants. Price seems reasonable and the separates allow for multiple size options. Was happy to discover that the pants were machine washable, However the pants sizes are not constant and seems to run to the small size. Normally wear a 48 waist so decided to order the two pair of pants in a waist size of 50. Not large enough but the suite jacket fit well, so re-ordered a both pairs of pants in a size 52 thinking that they must run on the small size. Model number on both pairs were identical. However, one pair was a full two inches smaller at the waist than the other pair. The makers quality control must be very lax to have two pairs of pants same size, same length, same item number, but be two full inches different in the waist. Had to send one pair back, the other pair fit fine. The trouble was, we have no idea what size to order as a replacement. So this will be the last time. If it does not fit this time returning that complete set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent choice My husband purchased this suit in black, and we purchased it in the Westmoreland, Pa store. The salesman Gary was very patient and helped my husband find the suit that he liked and that fit him. They didn't have his size in stock, so Gary had it ordered and shipped. We got it the next day. What great service.! The suit fits very nice and looks really good on my husband. the fabric is wonderful I will buy this again. The price was great also. Customer service and affordability wonderful. Thanks JCP!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as advertised These are not portly cut trousers. While the quality was good, size was small and the seat and thighs were not full cut. A gentleman's trousers should not reveal the outline of his rear end-this is wildly inappropriate dress. A gentlemen's trousers should drape from the waist straight to the top of the shoe with sufficient material to hang freely. Trousers should be fully cut through the seat, hips, and thighs. These are not.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does not fit! I ordered this jacket for my husband and when it arrived it was too small through the shoulders but fit through the middle. Returned that one and ordered one size up - it is still too small through the shoulders. This is a very strange cut jacket. I would not recommend purchasing this item. It was a great price and good fabric, but very very poor fit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Portly pants for suit To match the Travel Suit Jacket you need these pants for the 'black' color match. I had to order a waist size two sizes larger than I normally wear. They would be much better if they had a 'comfort fit' expandable waist band. Remember, they are for a 'PORTLY' guy.

URGENT: The "portly " description, does that mean in the stomach area?

For me a regular 48 fits except a bit tight in stomach area. A size 50 would do but baggy in other areas. SO will the portly fit work for me? Want to buy ASAP for a wedding so need a response ASAP. Do not see what I am looking for at your Lakeline store in Austin.

Seemed to work out for me, 48 portly was the size I ordered and I do enjoy my beer. It was a comfortable fit and looked nice. Good luck.

My husband has very heavy upper arms and most suits don't fit well in this area. Would a portly size help?

My son has the same problems with fitting a suit. Had to return this one because it did not fit in the areas you mention.
