Hi, Can you please tell me how this cover encloses a comforter?
Does it have a zipper? Thanks..
It does not have zippers. The bottom is open with buttons to encase the comforter. There are ties in the corners as well, but I didn't know how to use them. I used duvet/comforter clips I bought at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. (Very inexpensive, sold in pairs) Turn your duvet cover inside out and put the foot of your comforter where the buttons are. Use the padded duvet clips to secure the two together along the top and down both sides in the seams. (I have a king size so I used 8. 4 across the top the rest on the sides. It sandwiches the pieces together so they don't separate at bedtime) Once secured, turn your duvet cover to the right side and button. Smooth to taste. A king size may take two people to turn. I have a down comforter in my duvet and it stays nicely. And no, you don't feel the clips unless you grab one. They are padded.
