The insole is pure comfort. Then the bottom is even more comfortable and the overall style is lovely. What a genius designed shoe!

I bought the cream ones for my part time job because I cannot wear sandals. They were so comfortable I went and ordered the black ones. I read reviews about fit so did as suggested and bought half size larger both times. Am glad I did. Would buy more if they had them in more colors.

I ordered a wide because the standard shoe was too narrow. However, the wide was too wide for my feet. Seemed very comfortable, but between the fit and the style - I wasn't in love with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by WorkingGrandma They are cute and comfortable
I bought a 9.5 W originally and had to reorder a 10 W I go back and forth between these 2 sizes depending on the shoe. So for me they ran a little on the small side but not out of the ordinary.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Akou very comfortable and cute
I loved everything about the flats except that I ordered them a size too big so I'm returning them for a smaller size. Other than that, they really are comfortable as I walk and stand on my feet a lot.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Luv2ShoptilIDrop Wide not wide, cut too high on top of shoe
I was looking for a pair of comfortable dress flats in a wide width. The black lace were cute, but the cut was so high you could see the base (separation) of my toes. Also, these didn't fit like a wide shoe, more of a medium width. I checked and they were marked wide on the box and shoe. I returned them because of both of these issues.
