Rated 5 out of 5 by from The BEST nights sleep. My husband and I have been sleeping on a latex foam pillow since 1969. We have only had to replace the pillows in those 47 years about 3-4 times and this last pair due to a change to a King sized bed. I really can't say enough about how perfect they are. We did try some "memory foam" pillows when it was time to buy new pillows several years back, but they gave us neck pain, so back to the tried and true latex pillows. Yes, they're pricey, but so worth it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best pillow!!! I've owned these pillows for about 10 years now and they are the most comfortable and durable pillows you can buy I highly recommend latex pillows they last a lot longer than traditional ones five stars

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love These Pillows! I've used these latex foam pillows for 11+ years, so that tells you what I think of them. And, I just purchased 4 more during Penney's sale. They are soft (but not too soft) & comfortable & long-lasting. I like that they come with a cover. And, I gave them 5 stars for value because J.C. Penney has great sales & I only purchase them when they're on sale! I've found them on other websites, however, they could not beat the sale price I find here. If you are looking for a firm pillow.....This is not your pillow!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too hard of a pillow I wish I could say I loved this pillow, as I had high expectations in ordering a new latex pillow, but it is a disappointment. I have tried to sleep on it and a few times it worked ok, but mostly it's just too hard and I wake up with another nasty headache--which is why I was getting a new latex pillow in the first place. I am sure it would work fine for some people, just not for me. Sorry! And besides that is was very expensive--even with the good discounts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pain in the neck Way too thick ... causes neck pain and the material does not give. Would advise JC Penney start including the thickness in their measurements for pillows

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This pillow is cool and comfortable I purchased two of these pillows about five years ago. I kept one and gave one to my son for a Christmas present. My pillow is still going strong, but he wanted a new one for this Christmas (2016) and it had to be identical to the one I purchased five years ago. I had to get my pillow off the bed to find out what the name of the pillow is. He had a titanium plate surgically implanted in the back of his neck and said that this pillow gives him a cool and comfortable night's sleep, so needless to say, he got his pillow for Christmas.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not what I'm looking for Years ago purchased a latex pillow from JCP and love it. It's still thick and lofty after all these years. Now my husband wants one. I first ordered the JCP Home latex pillow as that is exactly what I already had. Unfortunately, it was not of the same thickness or loft as my original pillow, and the very long size (which was not the size stated on the website) did not fit our pillowcases. So I ordered this latex pillow hoping this would be more lofty and the correct size. Nope. It's even worse than the JCP Home latex pillow. Maybe if you are a stomach sleeper. This thing is so flat! It just isn't the thickness or density I am looking for in a latex pillow.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Firm I've purchased latex foam pillows from JC Penney for years and years. They used to be offered in different firmness options. I like a softer foam pillow because I'm primarily a belly sleeper. To get to the point, these pillows are way too firm and have little to no give. I have to crane my neck in uncomfortable positions and it's causing a lot of discomfort. I wish JC Penney would go back to offering firmness options on these pillows. To top it off, one of the pillows arrived in a box that was broken open and the tags were missing. I don't know if the tags were removed in transit or if it was an oversight by JC Penney. Plan on returning these, if JC Penney will take them back.

Is the pillow medium firmness?

Asked by: RemodeldMBath
I would say yes, med firm--way too firm for me, however, so my husband is using it and likes it. I have neck and shoulder aches and this pillow was just way too hard--gave me a horrible headache.

No, there was no bad odor at all. A very well made nice pillow--just too hard.

Can you please tell me if the pillow is made by the Louisville Bedding Company? It will say the company name on the tag. Thanks!

Does this have a model number? How soft is it?

Does this have any numbers imprinted on the foam? Is it easily scrunched up? Is it suitable for a stomach sleeper?
Asked by: Sleepy
It's suitable for a stomach sleeper but it does not crunch up but rather it springs back to its original shape when pressure is relieved.
