Rated 2 out of 5 by hautemomma Wished for more
I am on a mission to find the best bed sheets I can find. I have been lucky enough to find a couple great ones in the past but as they have worn out, I have always been looking for something more. The Royal Velvet® 600tc Pima Cotton Sheet Set sounded and looked beautiful online. I convinced my husband to purchase them and we anxiously awaited the shipment. In the package, the sheets were soft and gorgeous. Online, they looked amazing. When we washed them, everything changed. While the color is a beautiful bright white, the sheets are thin, wrinkly, and they stick to each other in a way that I have never seen before. The fitted sheet is flat and does not show the wrinkles naturally, because it is stretched over the mattress. The flat sheet is wrinkled so severely that even the top part that you fold down is wrinkled to the point that the embroidered part is hardly seems. The top of the flat sheet is scalloped and very nice in design but the weight of the fabric and the wrinkly nature of material makes this sheet set substandard. I am still on that mission to find the best bed sheets.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MCTal Poor quality: not soft, severe wrinkles, bad fit
I'm really disappointed with this purchase. The sheets are not soft, they wrinkle horribly, and they barely fit my bed. Out of the package they feel silky smooth, but once they're washed they feel rough. I've washed them twice now and have had the same result. I have 300 thread-count sheets that are softer. Also, I've never minded having wrinkled sheets before, but these wrinkle severely. I even have a "wrinkle guard" function on my dryer and always remove them before the dryer stops tumbling, but that doesn't help. I thought maybe it was because they are 100 percent cotton, but then I looked at the fabric content of another set of sheets I have and they're also 100 percent cotton, yet don't wrinkle like these do. And finally, these barely fit my queen-size mattress. I have to pull the fitted sheet quite hard to get it over the final corner of the mattress and I can't tuck the sides of the flat sheet under the mattress to properly make the bed and keep the sheet in place at night. My mattress is not excessively deep. I don't leave reviews often, but this was one of the most dissatisfying purchases I've made.

Rated 4 out of 5 by pickyshopr2 Good product for the price.
These are very nice sheets. 600 thread count sheets are a great weight for year round sleeping. The product description regarding the specification is correct, in that the weight feels 600TC, trim detail/stiching is very, very nice (and looks expensive), sheets wash and dry well, all around good product for a good price.
I downgraded the score to a 4 from a 5 because the sheets do not feel "sateen or silky". I have purchased other 600TC, 100% cotton sheets that the finish feels silky and luster like sateen, but these sheets don't do that. These are still great sheets for the price I paid, but product description doesn't reflect reality of the product you will receive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by QueenJester Don't waste your money
Purchased this item after the super smooth and pretty colored Cindy Crawford sheets wore out and became threadbare after 3 months. I am disappointed with these as well. Not only will the wrinkles never come out, but they have become threadbare at the corner seams of the fitted sheet. Putting them on after their weekly washing tonight, and the fabric had ripped, not the seam, completely. If I'm spending this much for sheets, I expect them to last at least 8-12 months, I still have sheets that I used as a kid with the same amount of usage that are still good, so 8-12 is the bare minimum. These made it SEVEN months....what a waste of money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by efitzpat nice material but...
I liked the material of these sheets. They were soft and comfortable after the first wash. However, I was disappointed to see that the elastic of the fitted sheet was not covered but instead just stitched onto the bottom of the sheet and on the outside too, so it is 100% visible when the sheet is on the bed. If you have a shallow mattress this would not be a problem but on my pillow top mattress you can see it plainly. When I pay this much for sheets I would expect that the bottom of the sheet would be rolled to cover the elastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Laramie I love these sheets! The Pima Cotton is extremely soft!!
I haven't bought new sheets for a long time. Since I like all my Pima Cotton tops I thought I would give Pima Cotton Sheets a try. Much to my delight they are so very soft and were priced extremely well for a California King set! Thank you! Love them and fit well!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Selen Very Comfortable Sheet Set
These sheets are very, very comfortable. I didn't rate an overall score of excellent because they are very wrinkly. The fitted sheet fits my deep fitted mattress really nice. The flat sheet is great for me because they're not extra long on the sides. If you like to tuck the flat under your mattress, this probably isn't the set you're looking for.
Also, I rated the value fair because they are very expensive. I agree that this set is nice, but the price is a bit extreme.

Rated 2 out of 5 by kwikkris sheets are scratchy
Definitely not soft or silky. Once the sheets were washed (in warm/cool water with HE detergent, dried on medium), they were scratchy and kind of stiff. Very wrinkled too. I am okay with some wrinkles but not with stiff, scratchy sheets. I slept in the sheets and I could actually feel the pillowcase scratch my face. I'm taking them back. If you want thicker sheets, you might like these for the price. Not what I wanted or expected.
