Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice looking! These were easy to install & they look great! I also bought the JCP Home Quinn Leaf Grommet Top curtains & they match perfectly. I'm very happy with both of those purchases. April 4, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for Grommets! Great grommet curtain rod - fits the large grommet holes nicely. Sturdy and nice looking too! March 16, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Simply stunning Simple, elegant, and stunning! Trying to find a simple and elegant curtain rod was harder than buying my condo! Thank you JCP for carrying a simply stunning curtain rod! The finish matches the rest of my hardware perfectly. March 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Heavy duty product I was very surprised how heavy it seemed, very nice finish. February 17, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Heavy Curtain Rod This is a great curtain rod if you want something to hold heavier drapes or something with grommets. It was easy to install and I would purchase again if needed. January 26, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Stunning & Elegant Clean lines, easy installation and looks very bold and stately. Came with wall anchors so I didn't need any extra hardware for installation. I simply measured, marked, drilled a small pilot, inserted the anchor then installed the bracket. I took away a star on quality because I know there are heftier, hardier rods out there, but once in place you would never be able to tell. The brushed finish is beautiful and I would definitely recommend this product. December 16, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy to install and very nice Wanted rods to go with my new drapes for the living and dining rooms. These work perfect with grommet-top curtain panels. Dressy enough for formal rooms. December 9, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by very nice rod Rod is very nice, sometimes the grommet curtains get caught where the rod adjustments are. otherwise it looks very nice and isn't that heavy. December 11, 2015

I am trying to decide if I should buy 3 or 4 panels and I want to decide based on the number of brackets I will need to use.

Answer:
I would go with 4 brackets so that you can have a panel between each bracket - remember that you can not pass the bracket with the drape. This would mean three panels. 2 end brackets and two equally spaced apart between the outer brackets. If you are more comfortable with 4 panels - space the two middle brackets further apart and put two panels in the middle to spread from the center towards the outer brackets. Ive included a photo as a visual.(look at the front sliders....not the background one!)
