I needed a nice neutral color with a good block out weight. These are great curtains! The back is lined in a off white cotton fabric. I ordered the Windsor Gray color. I would describe it as GREIGE which is exactly what I was hoping for!
In my office I have two large rooms of commercial solid glass windows. I need to pull the drapes when I work late at night, and I also want to use them for climate control during extreme weather.
Since I loved the color and style I also bought 20 panels for my home. The mark down price was definitely great for my budget but look very stylish and expensive with the subtle sheen that enhances the look. The pattern is classy and great for an office or traditional home decor.
I bought double rod hardware. One thing to keep in mind... when buying grommet top curtains, you might be happier with rod pocket sheers. I ordered the sheers with grommets for ease of control, but I am finding that I have to fight with the placement in order for it to look nice on the outside when all are pulled closed. The bulk in the "ribbon effect" is too close together for curtains and sheers with grommets.
A tip for hanging: when installing your grommet top curtains on the rod I found it much easier to fold each drape in my hand then put it on the rod all at once.

Rated 4 out of 5 by heyfever very nice panels.
These are very nice panels. All 10 are the same length and have a lining which makes them very private. The khaki color is neutral and the fabric itself has a higher end look to it. My only complaint is the panels are NOT weighted. Panels in this price range should have bottom weights. That makes them flare out at the bottom instead of hanging down straight. How much could Penney's have saved by eliminating the hem weights? I would have gladly paid a bit more, now I will have to add them myself. I chose to keep them because they are pretty in my room, already hung and still a good value.

This was my second try with drapes from JCP. And again, the pictures did not match the real thing. The pictures online showed a lot lighter than the real drapes. These drapes are a medium beige/brown. They are not the quality of the Martha Stewart draperies, but were on sale and I am tired of shopping for drapes. So, I ordered them. Martha Stewart's drapes don't picture as well on the JCP site, either. But these were close enough and are okay. The quality is fine: plenty of fullness, the right length. I don't care for the polyester lining as it tends to attract static in the winter months when the floor heat is on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by birdergirl Love these drapes
These drapes were exactly what I was looking for in a bedroom drape (but they would go anywhere). They are rich-looking and add elegance to the room. They are not "darkening" drapes but still block out a lot of the sun. I got the lighter color so other colors may darken even more. I rated value as good instead of excellent because I would never pay full price for the drapes. I got them when 50% off then had a 20% coupon, which made the 4 I brought a little more affordable. You will need the larger rods or they won't slide/hang well on the grommets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by happygirl298 classy - but not a true gray
got one drape in the gray shade, just to check on the color. it's a taupey gray - a little brownish gray, not dove gray or blackish charcoal gray, and not at all silver. there is a subtle pattern, where parts of the pattern are shiney and parts are not, so they have a little shine but not in a cheap way, looks classy. substantial weight as well. very pleased with the quality. and taupey gray is fine for me but maybe not if you really want gray

Rated 5 out of 5 by CapeShopper Very classy!
We just finished hanging these drapes, purchased in Khaki Porcelain Mu, a beige color with an indiscernible damask-like pattern which would make them perfect in any room in the house. The grommets made them very easy to hang. The quality is exceptional, they were a great price and they're absolutely stunning. Very classy!
