Rated 5 out of 5 by from These drapes are elegant and well-made for an excellent price! I wanted some drapes in my bedroom that would be elegant and well-made. I didn't want to break the bank. I searched many venues, all were having sales at the time. I went in to JC Penney to look at theirs, and I had a wonderful sales lady to help me. I got exactly what I wanted; the right color and fabric. They shipped immediately. I am very pleased.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice, heavy thermal panel I just installed this thermal drapery panel over my patio door. Hoping it will keep out the cold winter air. Haven't had enough cold temps yet to really try it out. It is a really nice, heavy panel though, so fingers are crossed that it will be just what I needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVED These drapes - much prettier than I expected - heavy good quality I would buy these again - they are heavy, lined beautiful drapes. I wasn't sure about the color on line but when I got them I was thrilled - they are stunning.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These drapes look lovely in my bedroom. We decided to buy these drapes because we had our eye on them for awhile and they went on sale AND there was a 25% discount offered! We ordered the cream color. Please note the pleats did not have actual backside openings for the hooks but we improvised and just stuck the hooks into the fabric where needed. Hung up on traverse rod hardware on windows within 1 day of receiving and all wrinkles fell out (no ironing!).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice panel for 6-ft door; needs a sturdy rod. This panel is perfectly sized for a 6-foot sliding patio door; with an 8-foot rod, the drape can stack completely to one side of the door in a 20-inch space. I purchased it in the delft blue, which is a light silvery blue. When the drape is pulled closed, it cuts the light in the room by about 75%. I went to the store to view the material in person before purchasing this online. The employee told me that the thermal lining was a light fleece type fabric, but that is not true. The lining is a densely woven fabric with a light flocking on the side that faces the drape. I can't speak about its effectiveness because I purchased this drapery more for privacy than for temperature control. This drape requires a sturdy rod. It weighs about 8 pounds before adding rings or pins. It was more difficult than I thought it would be to find the right rod. I initially purchased a wooden rod with a 1-and-3/8 inch diameter, but I found that it sagged in the middle even before I put on the drape, and the scale seemed wrong for the window size. I ended up purchasing a decorative traverse rod with a 1-and-13/16-inch diameter and large matching finials from the home improvement store with the orange logo. With a traverse rod, a middle support bracket can be used. I painted the wooden parts and applied an antiquing glaze to achieve a look that complements my room.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hanging system? The drapery works great and is good quality, but the description makes it seem as if you can use any type of rod to hang and use the curtain. The only way to use the full width of this drapery is to have a traverse rod, not a decorative. Other than that, it is fine. The website should list the available products to go along with the draperies. That would be very useful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from not perfect I love the style of pinch pleat so clean, and I love the cream color I chose. I like that it lets light through but you can't see in or out. What I don't like is that the 100x84 panel is not sewn straight on the hem. Two panels were sewn together, to make the one large one, and the hem on the bottom is short in the midddle where they come together. So it does not hang evenly to the floor. For the price I paid, I expect the product to be perfect, and it was not.
Date published: 2015-03-19
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice patio panel This panel is nicely lined to help block light and keep heat in or out. It is not a blackout for light. I did not purchase to be blackout. The dark blue I purchased is true to color in picture.

I don't want to hang on the back tab and it states that these can be used with pins, I can't find where to insert pins.

See my review. These are "fake" pinch pleat curtains and they MUST be hung using the back tabs.

Answer:
yes, you can use pins, but they must be the kind with an actual pin, not the type with wires that go under the pleat.. Insert into the seam near the top of each pleat.

Pinch Pleats would require drapery pins or hooks, unless you are using the back tab to run the rod.

Answer:
I ironed the drapes very sparingly and the true wrinkles easily came out. I did not even try to iron out the fold lines along the pleats as I thought they added to the overall appearance.

Answer:
If you have that much energy and patience-the best thing to do is to put them in the dryer with a dryer sheet for about 10 minutes and that takes out most of the wrinkles and just hanging them up they eventually come out-

Answer:
If the fabric is slightly damp and the iron is on medium setting that might work. I would suggest steaming while hanging.

Our association requires that the lining of all window coverings be white or light beige. I need to know the color of the lining prior to purchasing any window coverings.

Answer:
The 72" is after the sewn pleats. You only need to add any inches if you wish the drape to go from rod to wall at the corner, or to extend a bit past the door on the opening edge--5 or 6. They do hang full and neat.
