Rated 4 out of 5 by sturdy This is a nice thick liner. I got tired of water squirting through the mesh of my hookless shower curtain, and the way it looked with the bottom on the inside of the tub so I sewed this liner on through the grommets onto the material just under the rings. The liner goes in the tub, the curtain stays on the outside and no more water shooting around! February 25, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Shower curtain liner Great liner. Nice quality not flimsy. Should last a long time! June 21, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this shower curtain This shower curtain is heavy duty and made of good quality. It was also priced very well. And I love that it's mildew resistant. June 21, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by This product works better than my previous curtain liner. I would definitely recommend this product. It is durable and works better than other curtain liners on the market. This product was also very reasonable in price and therefore is a good product to purchase. June 15, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by This liner stays in place and works fine thus far. This liner fits perfectly keeping all the water inside the shower and resists molding thus far. June 7, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great quality, thick with strong grommet holes love this for the price- excellent quality and expect it will hold up well. It could use more magnets at bottom. April 27, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Liner I love the magnets in this liner. Also, the price was wonderful. Very pleased! April 7, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Quality They are lighter in color than I had hoped, but still work well in the bathroom. I have a claw foot tub, and they are about 5-6 inches too long, but deciding how to fix that. I'm excited to see if they are truly mold resistant. February 19, 2016

I'm looking for a thin, lightweight, clear plastic liner. Does that mean I want the lowest gauge?

Answer:
You can tell the thinness to thickness by price difference, thinner = less expensive. The 8 gauge is substantially thick, go for a lower number for a thinner one.

Answer:
The smaller number the gauge the thicker your shower curtain liner will be, and it will be stiffer rather than flimsy, hope this helps you
