Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my Samsung Washer I've gone through many washers, and this one is by far my favorite. We originally were choosing this washer based on the Samsung name and knowledge of their quality. I was going in ready to buy their smaller model. But once I saw the built-in sink option on this bigger model, I was sold! I've always wanted a sink in my laundry room, and now I do. Seriously, I've only had this washing machine in my house for about 2 weeks, and I've used the sink countless times...love it! There are also many different options to choose on the control panel which I really like a lot. I always have to take my king size comforter into the dry cleaners, but I was able to fit mine in this washer, select the "Bedding" option, and since there is no middle agitator, there was plenty of room for it. It also has a "Delay End" setting so you can set it up before you go to work and it can just be finishing up when you walk in the door. This thing even has a "Self Clean" option! Seriously, there is not one thing I dislike about this washing machine....highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from In love!! I absolutely love this washer!! We purchased this, along with the dryer, and couldn't be happier with the purchase! The ease of use is perfect for even my 11 year old to do her own laundry !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this washer I really have nothing bad to say about the washer. Even with the recalls, still nothing has gone wrong with it. Love using the sink.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it! I love my new washer -- quiet, fast, really cleans!!! Only one problem -- I have to use some long BBQ tongs to reach the clothes on the bottom! Makes me laugh!! The clothes are clean, not badly mauled and wrinkled, washed quickly and quietly. I've often thought how nice it would be if I had running water and a sink in my laundry area -- now I do and it's just perfect for those little quick washout items, gives me the running water space I needed without extra space being used, expensive plumbing installed etc. Love this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great top load washer Originally bought the recalled top load in 2015 and decided to exchange for this new one. It has activewash technology and a different tub design with more pronounced agitation protrusions in the main washer tub. Both new features are a great improvement over what I already had. Activewash is really handy for stubborn stains and pretreating right where you're gonna end up putting he clothes anyway for washing. Super convenient and avoids any dripping clothes between a separate sink and the washing machine. New agitation protrusions (for lack of a better term) seem to clean better as well since I find most garments now turned inside out when wash is complete even with a full load. Stains come out better as well now even without pre-wash. Also, I heard RPMs are higher on this one as well. Never verified this, but I can say dry times have been reduced as well which would seem to validate that. Only negative I can find is the new activewash tub gets in the way of trying to pour liquid detergent or fabric softener into the dispenser depending on how big of a bottle or dispenser you're using, wish they'd have maybe considered that further but not impossible to do, just trickier than it was before with no activewash tub. All in all, I'd say this is a great buy!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great features, only one small suggestion Love the washer, very quite, efficient and the options are awesome. Quick wash really does a great job for a quick wash. The hand wash tub under the lid is OK, I do not think I will be using it however. I only wish there was a way to remove it. The tub also impedes access to the detergent/softener tray. You can pull the tray out with the wash tub down, but it is on the verge of breaking if you do so. You can add contents with the tub stowed up, but you do not have very much room if you use large bottles of softener. When I purchased this washer, I was replacing one that was affected by the recall. The 'basket' option was the only Samsung washer available that was close to the volume of my recalled washer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Many great features, works well I ordered the washer on line from a major retailer. It was delivered and plugged in and I immediately started several loads of wash. There are many features and choices, but it was easy to sort out how to get started and which settings to use. I was very impressed by the efficiency with which it cleans. I am also impressed that when washing is complete, the machine plays an entire verse of Schubert's "Trout Quintet!" (How many people were able to identify that?) One complaint - the detergent dispenser does not enable you to mix powered pre-treatment and liquid detergent. I have to put the powder in the dispenser, and pour the liquid directly on the clothes. Otherwise, no complaints.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Design Maybe I'm missing something, but why would you design a product that you can't easily access the detergent container? I had the recalled washer model without the Activewash bin and that model was hard enough to pour liquid detergent into the container. I don't use pods. The model with the Activewash bin makes it impossible to put detergent in the container without removing it completely. I guess this is fine for a household that maybe has two or three loads a week. Was there really no other place...like in the front that you could have placed the container? I can't imagine that you put this new feature through testing without getting complaints.
