Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good shoes but... I went to the store to verify my size. I ordered online because my local store did not have the wide width that I usually need. I ordered the WIDE and I am not impressed...the wide is almost the same fit as the medium width shoe. The toes area is very narrow. The rest of the shoe fits very well and is comfortable. Additionally my other issue: I work in a place (a large hardware/home improvement store) that has concrete floors and gets water or other items (sand, mortar, concrete, etc) on the floor, so I made sure the soles were no-slip before I ordered. The first day I wore the shoes I was highly unhappy. I have learned that the shoes are just as slippery as any other regular shoe - and possibly more so - especially when the concrete floors are wet. I understand that each person works in his/her own unique area, so I advise that one takes caution when wearing these shoes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Affordable and Attractive Ordered these since our local stores only carried wide sizes. They look nice, have a higher quality than big box stores for about the same price. The memory foam insole is nice, but only initially. There is no true arch support and the memory foam surrounds the foot when weight is put on the foot bed, but does not pad or provide true comfort/relief for those on their feet. For this reason I give this shoe and average-only rating. The shoe runs small...I wear between a 9-9.5. The 9.5 I ordered had little toe room and the seam ran across the end of the toe lessening the available space even more. I returned the shoes to exchange them for a size 10. I do like the style appearance and the no-slip soles so I chose to keep with the brand and style. I wish they had gone with an insole that was more supportive and comfortable for true work wear (I work in a jail so my time is 50/50 on my feet and off). For me they will work...for someone who works on hard flooring and is on their feet all day they may want to spend a little more on another shoe or purchase insole replacements to either place on top or in lieu of the memory foam. (Shipping to store was super slow)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfort wins over fashion These are pretty close to slippers. Truth be told, I wore them on carpeting for three days, an hour at a time, with medium weight sports socks to make sure I could break the memory foam in. I'm short, And they lift me up almost an inch, which is a good thing. They don't make my wide feet look any thinner (mostly because they are bright white), which isn't a good thing. But I'll probably walk in comfort. (I ordered wide size 7.) The net of this review: comfort wins over fashion.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality shoes that don't last I wear these for work, at the library, and for no other purpose. I don't jog, climb, run, etc. in these shoes. After just two months the bottom started peeling off of the shoes in various places. Since this was outside the store's return policy I contacted FILA. they told me I had to send the shoes in to them for a replacement. It's been 2 months since I sent them in and I haven't heard back. My wife bought me an extra pair to wear in the meantime, and the bottom is peeling off of those as well. If you want your shoes to last more than 2 months, buy another brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE them! This is the second pair of the Fila Memory Foam shoes I have bought at JC Penny. I LOVE them! I stand a good portion of my work day, and these shoes help reduce the fatigue and pain my feet would normally feel after my work day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All day comfort I bought these for work at the post office delivering mail all day. They've been great so far, the memory foam doesn't make the shoe feel overly bulky and my feet don't hurt at the end of the day. The only cons I have are that they're not available to try on in stores and I had to order a half size larger than my normal tennis shoe which makes them feel a little big on my feet. They are a wide shoe, I don't recommend them for people with narrow feet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fila Athletic Shoes I recently ordered a pair of Fila Athletic shoes from the JC Penny website. The size I needed was available, the color I wanted was available and the price was amazing. This is the first time that I have ordered from JC Penny in many years. It was so convenient to sit in my favorite chair and place my order. I had my shoes sent to my local JC Penny store so the shipping was free (ooh rah)! Since I pass my my local JC Penny store each day on my way home from work, it was a quick in and out trip to pick up my order. The product was just what I wanted. Thank you JC Penny.

Does this athletic shoe have a large toe box? Thanks!

Asked by: CgirlNY
I ordered the WIDE because I tried on the regular medium width in the store and it was very narrow. When I received the WIDE shoe from online, I have found that the shoes are still quite narrow. This is for the woman's size shoe. I did find that the men sizes seem to run a bit wider and seem to be a better choice IF you can find a man's size that will fit.
