Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these pant, but may need to get petite if you are average height Discovered these pants last year and loved them so much I got every color they had in my size - unfortunately only the darker tan and brown. When JCP had them again this spring, I ordered the additional colors, and an extra of both the tan and black, all in Misses Medium. They run a little large, but also shrink a little, so the first pairs were of a passable length after a couple of washes. The new black ones seemed a bit longer, but figured they were probably the original length of the ones from last year. All the other new ones were a good three to four inches longer than the black ones. On 5'5" me they weren't going to work. Getting them taken up would have doubled the priced, so took a chance on a petite medium. They are perfect. Will have keep out of the dryer, but length is great and a little less baggy overall. Could only get dark tan and petite is out online, so maybe next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best summer pants ever! I wish I had found these at the beginning of the summer. As it is, I found a pair at the local Penney's, bought them and tried them on at home. Loved the way they fit, the quality of workmanship, and eventually, how well they laundered. The only down side was that my average size hands had just barely enough room to get into the pockets. Had a little trouble getting my cellphone out, but I do have one of those Otter covers, which makes it thicker. It fits in the back pocket just fine, so that's where I keep it now. I sometimes wear them right out of the dryer (if I'm going to the dog park), or sometimes iron them (if going out to lunch or dinner). They look and feel like 100% linen, but are a linen/rayon blend with the best qualities of each. I bought 6 more pairs in various colors. And maybe it's my imagination, but I could swear the pocket entrance is bigger. I don't care. I intend to live in these until it is sweatshirt weather, and pull them out as soon as the temperature gets above 70 in the spring,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nice summer pants found these pants in the clearance section. They will be perfect for summer! light material and the fit is great. Has front pockets, button and zipper closing with tie. Will be nice to just wear around the house or out and about. Bought 4 colors and will be looking at other jcp stores to have backups.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for the Tropics! Bought these pants for a trip to Bali. They were just the right weight. If you want to look neat and pressed, these aren't the pants for you. As a casual Linen pant with that "wrinkled" look, you will love them. (Sweepstakes Entry)

Answer:
Not so much wrinkle as show a linen texture. I only iron them if I'm going someplace nice--not for day-to-day errands, etc.

Answer:
Yes they wrinkle, but they are linen and wrinkles give them character. I hang them up right out of the dryer and do not iron them ever.

Answer:
Yes, they definitely wrinkle when worn, but that's typical of linen fabric. When laundering, make sure to wash/rinse in cold water. I hang mine to dry, and, then, iron. They're a great choice for casual wear in hot climates! =)

Answer:
Yes, they wrinkle since they are linen, but since it is a linen mix, they dont wrinkle as bad as 100% linen. Yes, ironing is recommended, however, with the style, they still do not look bad at all with some normal wear wrinkles. Hope this helps. :-)

Answer:
Absolutely, they wrinkle. They are a linen blend. The wrinkles are part of the casual look and I don't think they are unattractive.

Answer:
Yes and no. I take out of dryer immediately and hand iron to remove most of the wrinkles before I hang them on pants hanger. This works great for me for casual wear. If you need a more polished look I recommend you iron them.

Based on the size large I purchased, I would say the P-Medium is equivalent to a petite 8 - 10 numerical size.

Answer:
According to the size chart for this item, PM is an 8/10. I found the pants run a bit roomy through the hips/waist. If I order again, I'll go down a size.

Answer:
I did not buy the petite-but I can tell you that the misses pants were too long for me at 5"8" . But lucky me has a friend who hems pants, so I did not have to return them.

Answer:
The regular length is pretty long. I had to hem them up one hem length and I am 5 ft, 8 inches. So, I would bet the petite pants would probably fit an average height person nicely. Plus, being linen, after wearing for a few hours they wrinkle and hang even lower. I love them though. Hope this helps!
