Rated 5 out of 5 by Just right for what I needed These rods are easy to hang and worked well for my project. May 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by beautiful curtain rod This was exactly what i needed in an area of my dormer shaped bedroom. The windows goes all the way to the ceiling and the walls come out from the side of the window so the area is all windows, so there is really no room to hang a traditional curtain rod. This looks great with my gray walls and white trim and i hung white grommet sheers on it. I needed a length to cover across 3 windows wide and it perfect. Easy to install using the supplies screws and hardware. March 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy to install and durable I hung very heavy lined drapes from these and I wanted them closer to the wall than a wall-mount rod would allow. We initially thought of cobbling together pipe and eye-screws but when we found these - and on sale - we bought! They were just what we needed and hold the heavy drapes well. Instructions told us NOT to use center bracket but we did and we haven't been struck by lightning. April 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by So easy! I put one of these at the head of my daughter's bed to get a canopy effect w/o the canopy. Super easy to install (and I managed to hit a rafter above, so I know this isn't coming down by accident). I hung simple white curtains from it and it's such an added elegance for a really economical price! And to change look, it's as simple as change up a pair of curtains! October 10, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor Quality I will be taking them down and returning them. The are flimsy and cheap and don't stay in place. April 7, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great addition to my living room! These were very easy to assemble, and exceptionally easy to install! These are designed very well so that you can mount the base first, then screw on the outer parts to hang the curtains. Made the installation go very smoothly and I was very impressed. These aren't going to be your High-End rod sets, but they definitely do the job and look great. I mounted them from my ceiling, and I have 4 windows in my living room. They look modern and I've received a lot of compliments. I ordered the black color, and it is a rich finish. The only thing I would say is be aware of the size - I wish I would have ordered a thicker rod set just because my curtains are 108" in length so the proportions are a bit off, but that is my only comment for the "cons". Otherwise, a great product at a fantastic price point to update your home and give it a modern feel. December 29, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by clean sweep! These may be touted as ceiling mount rods but they look great as wall mount, too. I purchased them to replace regular curtain rods: the flat, U-shaped, metal type that uses drapery pins. Installation was tricky because I was connecting three 80-plus inch rods and going around a corner. The rods needed to be level yet the ceiling is lower at one end of the room. A laser level made the task easier (but what D.I.Y. person doesn't love a challenge?). The posts are well engineered and adaptable; they have three places for screws rather than two so their final position can be fine tuned. Once installed, the rods looked so sleek and streamlined that I did not need to nor want to put the valences back up to hide the hardware. By the way, the Tuscan Bronze finish is a wonderful, neutral mid-tone and the rods are amazingly sturdy. March 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by So glad to find this! I ordered in store but it was shipped much quicker than I was told. Great quality and durable. Easy to hang! December 30, 2015

Mine came with 4... but I am sure it has at least 3. You need that for strength.

Or do you sell a connector to do such a thing? I need to cover about 14 feet with curtains, the 120" is only 10 feet. Thank you.

Answer:
The 120" rod is actually two larger sections with a thinner section in the middle to get to that length. You can add to that length by connecting the same way... thin section to thick section and so on. Just be sure to use the mounts to give you the strength you need to not have your curtains sag from the weight.

Answer:
For the ceiling rod you cannot connect a shorter size to the 120” to extend the size. We do not carry a ceiling rod that goes above 120”. We do carry decorative rods from Rod Desyne that cover windows up to 170” which should work for you. There are a variety of great styles and finishes. See link below.

Answer:
Yes... it can be cut with a hack saw or a pipe cutter.. but since it is a light weight metal material, you will need to work to flare the end to open it up enough for the end piece to fit. This is not hard to do... just make sure you take your time and don't make the opening too large. Also... use tape on the section that you want to cut to protect the finish while cutting.

Answer:
We installed the rod from the ceiling in a garage to cover storage shelves... looks great. Since these curtains will be open and closed a lot, we chose to leave the adjustments up as far as we could, which would be the strongest point. If there was an unevenness in the floor or ceiling, you could adjust for that, but I would not recommend adjusting them all the way out if you plan on opening and closing them often... might be too wiggly. Can adjust from 3 1/2 to 5 inches.
