Rated 3 out of 5 by JimH from Great for my RV I bought the Fresh Spa Dual Temperature Bidet to be installed on a Dometic 310 Pedal Toilet. Unfortunately, we could not find a way to attach the cold water connection, but the hot water connection worked out OK. As I use it there is a lag time of about 30 seconds before the water starts to get hot because I have an instant tankless hot water heater in the RV. That is enough time for me. The controls are easy to use and I like the spray better than the one I use at home which is made by Toto. I wish brondell would manufacture a bidet that would specifically fit the Dometic toilet, which is commonly found in RVs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Brmrry3212 from Bidet attachment Everything in the box as advertised, took only a few minutes. This is my first time using this device and worked great! Anyone with two pairs of pliers can connect this device!

Rated 5 out of 5 by John the stiff from Does the Job! I have seven fused vertebrae. I do not have the flexibility to take care of my toilet duties by myself without question. I have four Brondell bidet products, two sw1000s, one sw600 and the new PSW 75. All four of my toilets have bidets now. The PSW 75 works great and at a fraction of the cost of the more sophisticated units. Just what I have been looking for. It does a great job without question!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Roland from Very good article Excellent service from Brondell. No hassle to replace my first defective unit after s a few questions asked. (in 2 days by Purolator—wow). Very useful for my back condition. My actual toilette (round) cannot take a more complex unit. No doubt in my mind of the utility of the product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bluejlb from installation snags, but like the features Just finished installing the PS-75 dual temp and ran into a few snags worth some engineering attention. The hot water supply T leaked from the female thread when installed per the instructions (using 1 small rubber washer) and also had restricted flow to both my faucet and the unit. Julie x110 was helpful in investigating the cause, which involves the depth of the female thread vs. the length of the male thread on the shutoff. The restricted flow was related to the washer and/or an obstruction in the T. The workaround was to remove the washer and add numerous wraps of Teflon tape which allowed proper flow but still weeped from the thread. I added more Teflon tape an extra 1/8 turn and so far it stopped the weeping. Julie indicated this was an acceptable installation, but I am not comfortable with the robustness of this approach, particularly when the hose could be pushed or pulled as the under cabinet storage regularly is accessed. The second issue was the connections on both ends of the hot water hose. WHen installing through the adjacent cabinet and tightening the pressure caps the hose twists excessively. The pressure cap on the T at the supply was smaller in diameter than the pressure cap on the bidet inlet, but both prevented tightening the cap without excessive twist in the hose. My workaround was to pre-twist the hose in the opposite direction, but there should be a better solution anticipating this problem. This became more onerous due to the number of times I had to remove and reinstall the Hot water supply T to address the leaking. I am going to look for an alternative hot water supply T that will work with your hose spec, as I don't like the excessive Teflon tape required to resolve the leak and weeping and a hidden leak could be disastrous if the hose was snagged. Note from the picture the abrasion on the hose from the tight opening on the pressure cap. Note I added this unit under a brondell swash 600 where the bidet functions stopped working (although the heated seat still functions). I also was surprised the wash dial spun 360 degrees, it seems a stop or detente would assure the valve isn't left partially open.
