Rated 5 out of 5 by from Muted colors, great for my bedroom Bought these valances for my bedroom windows. I have wood shutters covering the bottom half. The blue stripe matched the paint color of the walls. Cotton is a nice weight. They hang nicely and look like I paid more than I did! Thanks! JCP!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great valance! I bought this valance for my newly remodeled kitchen area which adjoins my dining area where I used the matching panels. It is exactly what i was looking for, well made, sturdy valance that is subtle but not plain. It was important that will hold up to washing and this seems like it will. Really like that the pattern is on the back side so that it lights up when the sun shines through it. Well worth the price and the quick delivery was great, after looking at what seems like hundreds of curtains online and in stores I was a little impatient, but it was here in three days.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from These curtains are drab looking I bought theses curtains for my kitchen windows and had high hopes that they might add a fresh look to my kitchen. First off the main pattern was sewn to the back of the curtain and they looked washed out from the room. They look great from outside but as front the kitchen itself, well if you ever saw the movie THE BOY IN THE STRIPED PAJAMAS , well you get the picture. The most drab curtains I have ever seen. They go back tomorrow.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from awful!! These curtains were sewed wrong side out. I was expecting the dark spice as the top but instead it was the light stripe. The material was nice but the workmanship was very poor. I sure was disappointed as I just painted my kitchen and was expecting to put these curtains up as soon as I received them. I had to return them instead. What a bummer!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice ticking valances They are a good size - others I tried were too wide. I saw in a few reviews that people thought they were sewn incorrectly. I think they were looking at the wrong side of the curtain - these are meant to be bleached out/washed out looking. The color is very nice and they will make a good addition to my breakfast nook!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Curtains look like they were hemmed on wrong side of fabric. The curtains would have been perfect if they were hemmed the other way. They looked like the pretty/bold side was the back . I bought two different colors. Both sewn the same way.
