PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
What it is:
A sparkly eye shadow with a refined and sophisticated feel.

What it does:
This dazzlingly sparkly shadow innovates with a chic feel and not a single speck of chunky glitter. Microfine bits of iridescent sparkle collide with intense, dreamy hues and lush, 3D metallics for an effect that’s out of this world. And since Moondust has minimal fallout, the sparkle stays on your lids (and off your cheeks).

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Phthalates

What else you need to know:
New technology gives Moondust an amazing effect not found in traditional pressed-powder shadows. It feels like a cream, but goes on like a powder to create a smooth, brilliantly reflective look. The result? Sexy, twinkling sparkle with a ton of depth and movement. We recommend applying Moondust with your fingers. For extra intense color payout, try it wet.

Suggested Usage:
-We recommend applying Moondust with your fingers.
-For extra-intense color payout, try it wet.

Size:
0.05 oz

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous payoff as long as you know how to apply it! I've heard a lot of people complaining about fallout. This only really occurs when you apply it DRY. I always apply mine with a slightly dampened brush -- but you can also apply it by dampening your brush with all-nighter instead. This gives the pigment -- and the glitter -- something to adhere to. I love the shift to some of these, like Solstice and Zodiac. Also a couple of these don't look like they do in the pan. I bought Dark Cloud because it resembled a gothic purple with silver glitter when swatched. But the site describes it as grey with pink glitter. So there's that. I actually paired it on my lower lashline with Fireball on my upper, for contrast. I love it. The only downside to these, or at least Dark Cloud so far, is that the glitter is very hard to remove :P It took a couple days for all the glitter to come off my undereye area, even after using makeup removers. But that's not enough of a downside to not use them. I highly recommend them. They're gorgeous and fun.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bury Me in Moondust Since the day I swiped the first shade across the back of my hand, Moondust had me. No picture will ever do these eyeshadows justice, you need to see the sparkle in person, because it's just wow! All of their shades have so much dimension and life to them, the pigments are stunning and blendable and glittery on a whole new level. I have very sensitive eyes which is only increased when I wear contacts, and a lot of glittery products get in my eyes and irritate them more, so my sexy smoulder turns into a red teary mess. These do not bother my eyes at all! They do shed when you apply them dry, so just sprinkle a little loose powder below your eyes and across your cheekbones, then all the fallout lands on the powder, and you can just sweep it away without getting eyeshadow everywhere. This line is my favorite thing of favorite things, and will own them all one day. I've got the palette and 12/23 shades, so I'm just passed the halfway point. Just get it, you won't regret these!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from You really don't need all shades, but beautiful results if you know what you're doing I have the Moondust shadows in Intergalactic (this one was gifted) and Solstice (purchased this myself). Intergalactic wasn't nearly as impressive as Solstice. I find that since the price is so close to the regular eyeshadow formula, it's not worth it since it really doesn't deliver the greatest pigmentation, blend ability, and minimal fallout compared to the regular line. The formula can be quite chunky. If you wanted shimmer, just use a shimmery eyeshadow. However, I do not regret my Solstice purchase because what IS worth in this collection are the duo chrome shades. I'd give Solstice a 5/5 while my 3/5 review would have to be for the entire collection. Solstice is so beautiful under a warm toned base and I use my Smashbox Sumatra liner with it. I've swatched the other duo chrome/alternating shift shades and I was impressed as well and may consider purchasing them. But I won't be recommending the single toned shades like Intergalactic. Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Favorite SIngles I love my UD single shadows! I bought the UD XX shadow and liner vault earlier this year, and I am in love with the selection of shadows it had! The shadows are very pigmented and easy to work with and blend. Fair warning: the glitter shades will have a lottt of fallout. I don't mind, and just put a tissue under my lid and apply my concealer after foundation, but if fallout is a big "no" for you, maybe stick to the mattes ;) I will say, from having some duplicate shadows in palettes and singles, I think the singles are much better quality than the palette versions. My most reached for shadows are Midnight Cowboy, Roach, Lounge, and Solstice (Moondust shadow). If you're considering buying a few singles, I'd definitely recommend these 4! Midnight cowboy is beautiful as an all over color, but I love combining with Roach to add a little more depth to the look :) Lounge and Solstice are both duotone shadows, so they look amazing on their own. They make for super-easy one-shadow looks! They both combine well with Roach, though. Between these 4, I can create a lot of looks. Always bring them with me. Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only purple eyeshadows I will ever use I have green eyes, therefore I love purple eyeshadow. I have always had issues finding purples that stay the same color on my lids as they are in the pan. I always seem to find colors that look amazing in the package and just don't deliver when applied. Urban decay is the first purple eyeshadow I have ever tried that really won in the pigment department! I am beyond thrilled with the color payoff. The color I see in the pan is the color I see on my lids! There is very little fallout and even without primer it lasts a long time. I have Flash which is a lovely bright purple and with a little eyeshadow primer it stays bright and lovely all day long! I got Sideline (a shimmery gold-chartreuse) as an accent color and the two of them together really make my eyes pop. I am currently drooling over Tonic. I am hopelessly hooked. Rated 5 out of 5 by from I live for Moondust I absolutely live for Urban Decay Moondust. I am a sparkle girl through and through and these eyeshadows are perfect for anyone who can't live without a touch of sparkle in their life. Even though I say sparkle, I don't mean chunky glitter. I have put these all over my lid with no irritation to my eyes. I will say that I do use a eyeshadow primer/adhesive to minimize any fallout. I use at least one of my ten Moondust everyday in my makeup routine and have even gifted one Moondust in an Urban Decay build your own palette to all my friends for their birthdays and Christmas so they can start to build their own collection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super blendable; great color selection! I adore UD eyeshadows. They are highly pigmented, so a little goes a long way. They blend very well and last! (I do use a primer to help with the staying power, as my eyes tend to make all eyeshadows crease. But with primer, these puppies don't budge for HOURS.) I have these in several colors, and love each one. I personally find that the matte ones don't blend as easily as the ones with some shimmer, but they still blend and look great. They just take a tiny bit more work for me. I love Naked and Secret Service for matte, neutral colors. You just really can't go wrong with UD shadows. Loaded is another favorite; it is a gorgeous dark teal shimmery color that I absolutely adore. It really makes my eyes pop. Snakebite & Pistol are the best everyday choices. Really, I love every color I've tried! Plus, now that these can be put into portable palettes #as opposed to the vintage eyeshadow singles), it's so easy for creating new looks and super easy for travel. This new formula cannot be beat!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful product for every day and night This eyeshadow Lounge is my first purchase UD. You know, It's fantastic. I think this colour is Hogvarts, really) If you want to have one of the most interesting eyeshadow, you should think about this shade. For a day you can apply it for a pure skin (I use eyeshadow base before) and you will have ginger-green duochrome. For a party you can use black eyeshadow or black eyepencil for eyelid before Lounge . The result is deep duochrome with green and brown colours. I'm sure it's not my last UD's buy)
