Rated 5 out of 5 by BjDG fabulous pizza pan!
I've made homemade pizza for years using cheap aluminum non-stick pans which have become scratched, dented, and stained. Decided to treat myself to a new pan and am very glad I chose this one. It's very sturdy and well-made. I can use either olive oil or cornmeal and the pizza dough does not stick. The crust gets crisp and the pan cleans up easy. My only fear is that I might scratch it so I've been careful. I hold the pizza up from the pan and cut it into pieces with kitchen shears. I wouldn't recommend using a metal pizza cutter - that's what really messed up my old pans. Maybe this one would hold up to that but I won't risk it. Very satisfied with this pizza pan and it's an added bonus that it's made in USA.

I've been using the same pizza pan for 40 yrs & decided I needed a new one :). This is a wonderful pan - it cleans up so easily! You might want to order the 16" pan - this one is a tad small.
