Rated 1 out of 5 by from I wish I would have read reviews prior to buying I brought this fan because I figured that if it cost $100.00 it must be a good product. I bought this fan on June 28, 2016 and in less than two months it no longer works. The company also says that the remote control has a magnet to stick to the top of fan however the magnet is very weak and will not hold. When I called customer service, they were nice but when I explained the magnet issue to them they completed my sentence as if they already knew it was not a good set up. It was even recommended that I spend more money to buy a stronger magnet and attach it myself as if $100.00 investment was not enough. I asked the person if I could exchange my fan for a different type because I was completed unsatisfied and she shut me down asap. I was told to cut the cord and send a picture and they would send a replacement however I would like a different model as I don't want this issue again and the remote control is cheaply made and the magnet system is useless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from the tower of nonpower this is loud, a little rickety and NOT powerful and does do what the product description implies. It didn't circulate air in the room very well at all and we tried to use it in our daughter's small bedroom, which should have been ideal for it. Its also pretty loud, even at the lowest setting, so while good for unintended white noise, it was not a quiet efficient fan, and for the cost we were really disappointed. we used it all summer because it was too big a pain to send back but I really do not recommend this fan. We also got the black 723, floor fan, which is much much better, and I do recommend. But don't get this one. The parts are also not the tightest fit so it gives a sort of plastic rattle while on. not high quality I expected from vornado.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this Vornado! My husband have three Vorando fans in our home, but only recently purchased the 'tower' model. They are not kidding about "whole room circulation". It really moves the air! I really like it's sleek, modern look. We love this Vornado!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Fan Okay. My expectations as someone that is looking for a good fan at this price point is to be literally blown away. This did not happen. I was extremely underwhelmed by the power of this fan. Despite it's unique design, it does no better than a regular oscillating tower fan. Actually I would prefer the oscillation because the coverage simply isn't good enough for the amount of air it circulates. The remote I received was extremely sketchy and would only work if you were standing 2 feet away from the fan. What's the point? I appreciated the design of the fan overall but honestly the bells and whistles do not justify the price for this fan at all. After 4 months of use my fan has suddenly stopped working and I am very upset. I am going to be contacting customer support and am hoping that they at least have good customer service.
