Rated 5 out of 5 by LMarie7771 The best mini heater on the market!
I use this heater every single day! My toddlers love to sit near it after bath time and warm up and relax! I absolutely love that I can set the heater to low or high, set the preferred temperature and trust that it will shut off after it has reached that temperature. In addition to that, it has a 'fan only' option that we can use as well when it's too warm in the house. I have noticed how sensitive it is to movement, for example, when I have bumped it or tried to reposition it, the heater automatically shuts off. My youngest son likes to play with everything and I have noticed that when he has tried to tip it over or move it, it shuts itself off. I have complete trust that my baby boy will not be harmed or that the heater will overheat. I also love how it looks. I love the muted colors and the bright display. It is very easy to use - the different icons and color of the screen make it fool-proof. And the fact that the cord is easily hidden underneath the base is just an added bonus!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jpereiro The most complete, amazing heater I have seen
I love this heater! I haven't been heater shopping in a while, and maybe I'm just not up to date with current options, but I am amazed at this heater! I have young kids and use this in my nursery, so the first thing I noticed was there weren't any fans or hot spots that could possibly hurt my kids. I am loving the cordless temperature sensor. I just set the digital temp setting and place the sensor near my babies crib, and let it do its magic. It does a great job of circulating the heat so the temp is even throughout the room. And I can lock the controls so my kids can't change the settings. It automatically shuts off if it senses the temp getting too high near the heater or if it is tipped. I couldn't think of any way to improve this heater! I had never heard of this brand before now, but if I came across other products made by them, I would be complete, comfortable buying them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MamaBird good for babies
This is a really good space heater if you have babies/small children. The safety features on this thing were thought up by a mom for sure! You can choose between low heat, high heat & fan only. If it senses the room to be at the temperature you set it to- it will automatically switch to just the fan, so the noise is constant. If something is blocking it from getting enough air or if it gets tipped over it will automatically shut off. Turning it back on is slightly annoying though. You must actually unplug it from the wall and plug it back in before it will turn back on again. This gets tedious if you adjust it a lot. The sensor that thinks it's been knocked over is a button on the bottom of the unit that is pushed in by the weight of the unit. So- if you pick it up even just to move it 2 inches without turning the heater off- it thinks it's been knocked over and you must unplug it from the wall & plug it back in before it will work again. Annoying- yes. But still worth having the safety feature for my babies. I think it's priced a little high, but not outrageous for the quality & safety features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by John D Excellent 5 year guarantee!
Our Sunny CS quit working on the high heat setting after about 11 months. I called the customer service line and they sent us a brand new replacement that arrived a few days later. No hassles! This heater/fan is perfect for infants and newborns and the remote sensor keeps the room warm and comfortable. Thanks so much, Vornado.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Mom Couple deal breaker flaws
I really wanted to love this heater with all of its great features. However, after using it there are a couple flaws that I'm afraid are making this unit unusable for us. First is the display light. There is not an option to turn this light off and in our otherwise dark nursery it is a significant amount of light. If you have a kiddo that likes a nightlight you may like this feature but for us it's a downside. Second is when the unit's heating element turns on and off it makes an audible clicking noise. Loud enough to be heard over our white noise, and enough to make an almost asleep baby start looking around the room to try and find where the noise is coming from. Maybe other babes aren't as sensitive or curious but this is extremely distracting for ours. Can't say we're happy with this heater for our nursery.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Amy B Nice Little Heater
I really liked the idea of this unit and overall it works well. I did have trouble with the "hidden cord" feature as my curious 2-yr-old took all of about 30 seconds to figure out how to open the bottom and pull out the cord. I also found it a little inconvenient that you have to be standing right over the display in order to read it--you can't be off to the side and you can't tip the fan to one side or the safety shut-off feature turns it off. The crib monitor has a velcro strap which is not secured to the device, which my child also easily removed. It does provide nice heat, isn't overly loud when running (though the clicking sound when it turns off and on is a little loud in the dead of night), and looks fun--all three of my kids wanted it in their rooms!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Katie the newbie Put remote sensor batteries in correctly!
This is a great heater, albeit a little pricey. For the safety features and quality it's worth it though! My only complaint, which really isn't a complaint, is that I wish the manual had shown a picture of where the green light would be when the remote is connected. I was trying to set it up and thought maybe it came with bad or backwards batteries in remote. I couldn't see any green light on the unit. Hubby said batteries are in right because HE put them in. Well the green light showed up when I checked the batteries and found HE put them in backwards. I would've figured out something was wrong sooner had I known where to look for the green light, I think.
